I ordered the premium Thomas Kincade Floral arrangement. What I received was not even close to what the picture looked like. Now mind you, this was the first visit. So I expressed my concerns to them. A young sales lady agreed that they forgot to add the spray roses and Ivy. I told them I would return tomorrow to pick up the arrangement. The second corrected arrangement wasn't much better. The lady who help me today went on to say that the picture shows all the flowers toward the front and nothing to the back. She went on to explain the difference between regular roses, spray roses, and that each person who arranges a floral piece has their own flair. Needless to say what is showing in a picture as a premium arrangement, " Flowers By Ramon" will not duplicate and will further insult your intelligence by trying to pacify you with some outlandish excuse!!!!! Oh, they did add a couple more spray roses but failed to add the ivy. Lesson learned, fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. I'll be ordering from "Scotts House of Flowers" next time!!!!

Military Ceremony April 1 , 2016 / Fort Sill , Oklahoma ! I am a Vietnam Veteran - Cincinnati , Ohio - travel each year ( 14 years ) laying 5 Wreaths . I called a week ahead of time - ordering 5 Wreaths / Fully coved with Red , White , and Blue Flowers - like previous year ! I stopped by the Business / 28th making sure the 5 Wreaths - describing / Fully covered Flowers ! They made the wrong Wreaths - embarrassing - patch of Flowers ! No Apology - No Compensation ! never again !

I am not from Lawton, but if I was, this would definitely be the only place I go for flowers, plants, gifts etc.. As soon as we walked in we were greeted. The lady that helped us was so kind, patient & knowledgeable. The flowers & arrangements were absolutely beautiful! Upon leaving she Blessed my Sister & I with some flowers. This touched my heart deeply! As it turned out, the flowers we bought were my Cousins deceased husband's, favorite color! Thank you Ramon's for being a business of honest & caring people! ����

Ugly flowers for Mother's Day

Fisrt set of flowers lack roses ordered. 3 day late; 2nd set looked like someone threw something together in a hurry. Minus 1 star if I could rate.



This is a horrible establishme...

This is a horrible establishment, I ordered flowers for Mother's Day and they didn't notify me of their delayed delivery and my mother didn't receive the arrangement until the day after Mother's Day. When they finally delivered, the arrangement wasn't even close to what I ordered. They said it was the closest flowers they had to what I ordered. The lack of communication and customer service was what did me over given that I complained and received no sympathy. These people simply don't care about continued business.




I can't give a WORSE rating for this establishment or I would do it.

The owner seems to be delusional and is most DEFINITELY ........RUDE.

I was texting a friend and he walked up to me and said, "Are you taking a photograph??"

"NO." I said. My phone doesn't TAKE photos.

And I showed him my phone - twisting it back and forth so he could PLAINLY see it had no photo capability to it..

STILL he told me that anyone who comes in MIGHT be from another establishment - coming in to steal his secrets - and...was "I" one of them?

I said point blank, "NO. I'm NOT,"

But he CONTINUED to follow me - launching into a diatribe telling me how he had to sniff out his competition.

I saw a Nativity scene at half price and was thinking about buying it.

But after he was RUDE to me and didn't listen I decided that I wouldn't want to give him one red CENT.

As I was leaving he said - "I see you have nothing in your hands,"

Meaning - I wasn't buying anything - which to his delusional brain must mean I'm DEFINITELY from the competition.

I just looked at him,

And then I said "You're right. I'm DEFINITELY not going to buy anything from YOU."

And then I walked out.

ALL of the items are too high priced. You can get ANY of those items online.

Save yourself money and the displeasure of meeting him.

There are PLENTY of other flower shops in town, Go to THEM - his - LOL - COMPETITION.



Horrible customer service and flowers!!!!

I went to order flowers with my mother on a Thursday seen a arrangement that my mother thought was pretty. That following Monday I went back to get that arrangement for her birthday that next Tuesday. I chose that arrangement and asked if they could revamp it for me because it had been sitting there for a bit...After being assured that they would make it beautiful and replace the roses I picked out some chocolates and paid for my purchase. On delivery day they didnt redo the arrangement and forgot the chocolates. The arrangement looked HORRIBLE!! I was told to come back down there so they could make it right but the only thing they did was ATTEMPT to verbally abuse me in front of my 6 year old son. I will NEVER do business there again. I personally do not undertand how they can stay in business with that sort of customer service. I agree with the last review...It probably was someone working for them that made that review. The merchandise is far too overpriced!!!



bad,bad bad!!!!

Did not deliver flowers on the day the order was submitted,even though order was placed in the morning...did not even contact me to inform me that they had not been delivered! I then asked for the delivery charge to be refunded ONLY...And then I was subjected to verbal abuse by Ramon himself and told me I would have a complete refund of all charges of which I'm yet to see! .... my order was cancelled by him and told me to never go there again! So obviously will never use this establishment again for my clients...unreliable for delivery and extremely rude...The absolute worst customer service I ever had to experience.....Don't understand the last review..more than likely inputed by himself or staff!!!!
