Parents beware. I have a 7 year old autistic grandson who has been going to this daycare for over 2 years. Suddenly, last week I was told I had to find another daycare. There was ONE incident of my grandson opening up a door to the outside and stepping outside. Mind you, this was the ONLY time it happened! I was told she would not risk losing her license so I was forced to find other, more reliable & safe daycare. If my child could open a door to go out then any other children could do the same. They refused to try to remedy the situation, just kicked him out. I have my ideas that there was more to this story because how ridiculous is this?? My grandson is non verbal but one of the sweetest boys you will ever meet. Change is hard on autistic children so I was livid!!! TO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN TO THIS DAYCARE!

One thing that I really like about Kindercastle, is the fact that my child gets to get out of the classroom and go on field trips.
I really liked the staff at Kindercastle Child Care Center. Everything went really well here. My child attended for half a year.
Their daycare is awesome! It's a clean and friendly environment. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need!
I would not recommend them. My kids were here for a few months. Kids were running around with snotty faces, my kids were sick often. The owner's attitude towrds the me as the parent was horrible, no matter the day. I could not take it there any longer.
The staff at Kindercastle prepares your child for kindergarten. I love that. Also, the facility is so clean, which you can tell from the moment you walk in.
I only used this daycare for about two weeks. The ladies in the front were very polite an amazing, but the two girls in the back room with the toddlers were not. The moment you walked in that room it was filled with tension, the two girls working it did not like their jobs an it was obvious. Picking my child up was painful, every time I walked in the room my toddler had a complete emotional breakdown an clung to me, whether it was dropping off or picking up. They kept telling me he had a great day, but also I discovered that they weren't changing my toddler,I marked a diaper one day an five hours later the same marked diaper was on my toddler. The break downs continued an finally I just decided to switch daycares, to follow my motherly instinct that something was not right. I changed daycares, to Playcare Inc,and I was not let down, the time for my toddler to adjust to daycare life at this new daycare was three days, not two weeks. When I go to pick my toddler up now there is no breakdowns, in fact my toddler runs from me to keep playing!!! (Like a normal toddler should) His daycare teachers smile at me, talk with me about his day an show me the sign language he is learning as well as his arts an craft projects, she is always smiling even when you can tell she's tired. I adore her an the change she has made in my child an I no longer have to fear if his needs are being met.
I will keep this short and to the point, the staff here is excellent. Each time my children walk through the doors, they are greeted is a welcoming, warm, matter. That makes them feel so comfortable! Highly recommend
First of all, the person who reviewed above is the husband of the owner. They are lying to your face. I used to have my kids here few months ago. My kids will come back home with scratch and they do not even know what happened. Kids will get sick very often and they will blame on you. If you are planning on having your children there, you should be careful.
The staff has your child's best interest in mind. They are so caring.
