Like most people I have been going to DQ since I was a boy. My wife and I just when to this one and.......what a awful waste of money. The worst Blizzards EVER. The staff was polite but not friendly. There was only one car in the parking lot. Now we know why. Freddy's is just down the street.
Mornings going down fast. Drive thru last week no biscuits... really had no biscuits available... went to mcdonalds. This morning after talking husband into going back again stumbled over simple order of 2 sausage biscuits and when i pull sausage biscuit out to eat at work biscuits are doughy/took out of oven too soon. Really was awful and threw away at work. Wont be going back.
I went to the trouble to give you an excellent rating on my last visit, and answered the questionnaire for a free quarter pounder. When I came into the store to buy a full quarter pounder meal, and ask for the free quarter pounder, I was told that I couldn't buy the full meal and pay more, but that I had to buy the single burger to get the free burger. That is absolutely ludicrous. Why on earth would you turn down more money, just to offer a free hammer. That doesn't make any sense in my book. I understand hiring student labor at minimum wage to offset the cost of production. What I don't understand, is that they lack the customer relation skills to meet the customer's needs and not their own agenda. If I'm going to be talked down to when I come to your store, I will take my business to whataburger, Burger King, or another fast food chain. Teach your employees how to make HOMESTYLE burgers!!!!When every other McDonald's in the country is serving them, your store is NOT the exception!!!The last time I went to your store was over 6 months ago. I haven't gone back since because your employees are FOOLS!!! I asked for a Homestyle burger. The response I got: "I've never heard of that burger. We don't sell them. It's probably not a Mcdonald's menu item." Absolute BS!!!! Not only are they sold at every store across the nation, but I worked for McDonald's when they first introduced the damn things to begin with!!!! I was making the damn things while all of your employees were nothing more than a glint in their daddies' eyes!!!Each and every employee there should know the menu, and they should all be educated on the makeup of each item and have at least one week of experience working each position (grill, counter and drive-thru). I am sick of employees not knowing what items are on the menu or how they're made!!!! This looks BAD on the company!!!!
When the hours are listed as "open at 6 am," this does NOT mean "wait on the manager to arrive WHENEVER THEY FEEL LIKE IT AFTER 6 to get drive thru headsets for the drive thru employees!!!!"I was in the drive thru at 6 am this morning and the damn drive thru was NOT open!!! When I pulled around, I had to honk to get an employee's attention because they weren't even OPEN yet!!! Her excuse: we're waiting on the manager to arrive to get me a headset.WTF are they even doing in the store without a manager present????I am a former manager for McDonald's. I worked at this exact location several years ago, as well as at Tulsa's busiest store. Employees are NOT allowed to enter the store for opening shift without their manager. This is for SAFETY reasons. If they are waiting on their manager to arrive, WHO THE HELL LET THEM INTO THE STORE????And this employee asks me if I would like to order; 1 - there is no visible menu at the rear drive thru window. 2 - if your manager isn't there yet, you have no till counted out yet, and your computer register system isn't even going to be online yet!!!I have had issues with these stores before, but this REALLY takes the hotcake!!!And thanks a lot to the negligence of the manager and stupidity of the employee...I am medically restricted on driving in the dark due to a medical condition, so instead of getting me a little breakfast at a store that is right on my approved driving route for taking my son to work this time of morning, I had to drive clear out of my way to go to another store. Thanks for making me have to waste gas, time and risk other issues just for some breakfast.Your manager this morning is worthless. You really should look into finding a replacement.

Says open till midnight or later.. This location closes at 11. Very misleading..
Tried Lawton chicken express after it first open service is quick considering line was to door. Order 30 tenders family meal waited for food which was expected but got home and missing family order of fries. Food was hot and fresh just not complete
DO NOT eat here. My sister in law just got out of the hospital and she has food Poisoning and the last thing she ate before she got sick was a mashed potatoes bowl from KFC on Lee cuz it's right across from where she works. The entire thing was bad!! They apparently do not check there food before serving it. Terrible business! I wouldn't give any stars if I could.
The service was horrible and the workers acted annoyed because I asked to see the portion sizes. Then they gave me what can only be assumed was such old and stale rice and orange chicken, they must have been made the day before.(And this was at 7pm.) You can get much better quality Asian food at just about any other restaurant in town. Avoid this one!
