Called to get a part, left message. Never returned my call. After reading others reviews, I am not surprised.
If I could give this company zero stars I would. We went without air for three full weeks because of their failure to see that the unit was beyond repair and needed to be completely replaced. After showing up unannounced several times (including once at 10:15pm) and milking American Home Shield for every penny they could on repairs and freon, they said they had to order a whole new condenser. Took another week for them to actually come out and replace the broken one. Continued to dodge our calls when we asked for updates and hung up on my husband twice. After I complained that the AC had been out for weeks I was told that it's normal for their customers to go without for longer than we had and I should be thankful it wasn't that long. Oh, did I mention I'm 7 months pregnant? Don't call this company unless you want to be treated like an unwanted dog.
"It is the Customer service I Take issue with. Our home is for sale and unit broke before having to leave town. They were assigned to us by our home warranty company. Our realtor was there for the initial visit and paid them the fee for service call. Technician returned to finish the job. There were additional cost not covered by warranty. So when I asked about what was owed so I could get payment to them. I was threatened if I didn't pay them they would put a lien on my home. Well, I was just informed of the cost. I did not appreciate being threatened by this company. Not good customer service. I contacted my bank and sent them payment.Letting me know what was due without the added threat would have been sufficient. Will never use them again!"
First class service all the way. We had Mr. Fixit come out and replace our AC unit and add ducting. He did for for considerably less than any other quotes we took. He also did an amazing job. They say you can have Quality, Speed, or a Good Price, just pick two. I think we got all three.
