I understand it is just kids that work there but someone needs to teach them customer service. My family and I have season passes. Everyday we go I spend at least $50.00 at the food stand. Yesterday we were waiting in line for 15 minutes I finally made it to being the next to be served and the young girl put a closed sign up and instead of finishing the last two people in line she closed and we had to go and stand at the back of the other line and wait another 15 minutes. Anywhere I have ever been or worked when a line closes they finish the customers that were already in that line. Then to top it off they almost closed without giving me my $25.00 order plus they didn't have one off the meals I ordered. Someone please teach these kids customer service. From now on i will pack a cooler and go out to my car to eat since we got passes and can get right back into the park. I recommended packing a cooler if you can.
