        Michael STANZIONE is the owner and chef of CAFé 3131, a graduate of the culinary institute of america. HE has been cooking and managing restaurant establishments for over 35 years. NOW AS an owner. Chef mike is preparing dishes HIS WAY. HIS creative insight into flavors and tastes enables HIM to develop some of the most delicious dishes YOU will ever taste.
