THE BUMPER WASNOT FIXED.I TAKE THE CAR BACK ND THE SOCALLED MANAGER CARLTOLD ME HE THE ONLY MANAGER THERE. HE DONT KNOW WHAT HIS JOB ENTITLES HE ISJUST HAPPY 2SAY THE TITLE. Take your money and leave you high and dry.So they sold me a car with a damaged bumper and refused to fix it 2 weeks later after calling all around the main facility in Lawrenceville. I meet a wonderful woman named Felicia (accounting department) Not in service or sales. I wish she sold me my car I bet I would not have all the problems I had. I called every day for 2 weeks before the lovely woman heard my cry for help and assisted me. She took control and addressed all the Managers that pushed me aside and treated me like I was unworthy of a call or their time. My payment was on time actually 2 days early, but they did not give me anything for my trouble but to only take my car to get fixed after 2 weeks. I also was given a loaner car that was dirty scratched up. holes in the truck, sounded awful driving. I felt if i drive that car I might be stuck in the middle of the road some where. I swear I think they did this on purpose since I complained all day for 2 weeks straight, not including Sundays cause they are closed. I mean from the C/S reps I had two that were awesome. Tiffany was great the other Tiffany thought it was her given right to be nasty to me and hang up on me cause she did not know how to help me nor should any empathy to my situation. I had another 2 young ladies and even a older lady that was so polite and helpful. I even spoke to Travis after being told to bring the car any day and Scott would be there (another Manager). Travis was very nice and he did a wonderful job doing just that I understand that he had to stick to script not to loose his job. I mean wow. The buying experience was great. They were so nice we laughed, joked, drank water, talked about the weather. It was wonderful, until I walked out the door.For future buyers double check the bumper on your cars before you leave the lot. I do see another negative comment below but that stayed there makes me wonder.
Sales person Maggie...not 1 call back to see how I or the car was doing. Needs to go to Salesmanship 101...or maybe its Mario and he doesn't care what his sales reps do. watch out they will not help you at all if anything happens to your car or loan...Nice car but horrible service, if you like poor,poor customer service then buy here.
This business is a scam. The owner wants to have sex with you and if you don't he scams off your money. Be Ware!
Horrible experience. Made payment and car was still disabled and had no one to contact before 8 am. Customer service representatives say one thing but does something totally different. They are rude and difficult to deal with. Tried making payments online and through the phone, kept saying my card was declined. Spoke with a representative and she told me that I needed to contact my bank, for what when I know the money is there. Next thing I know, the car was disabled. Don't like this car experience at all.
I have spent thousands of dollars on repairs for this car, beginning less than 4 months after I bought it. The pastime US Autos installs in their vehicles also malfunctioned 3 times leaving me stranded at a gas station at night in Atlanta, as well as on the side of the road twice. Not safe for a single mother with a young daughter. Then my engine failed in April of this year and yet again I was stuck on the side of the road. I have been going back and forth with Customer Dispute Resolution Specialist, Veronica Lopez. It averages days for her to respond to an email, she never answers her phone, and for the past month, has not returned a single phone call.Please learn from my mistake. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM US AUTOS. US Autos does not care about the quality of vehicles they sell (lemons), the safety of their customers, the future of their customer's credit, or to sum it all up- the livelihood of their customers. It hasn't even been a whole year since I bought my 2012 Ford focus from the Centreville location In Snellville GA and my car all of a sudden he didn't turn on on. Got it towed to the service center and after a few days I had to call them to see what was wrong with it and they couldn't even tell me, all they said was they couldn't fix it so they sent it back to the dealership. I caught the financing center and at the service center and then they both keep giving me the runaround I'm just trying to figure out what's wrong with my car and nobody would help me every body was rude. Somebody please tell me how to break my contract !!!
BUYER BEWARE!!! Classic story of bait & switch. My wife was *SO* excited to finally find the car she'd been looking at an agreed upon price we could afford. Got insurance for the new vehicle, gave them our down payment, and then -- surprise!! Oops, they "forgot some fees" (such as my favorite, the $599 "Administration Fee"). After hours of work, no deal. Sales person was "Carolina". Shame on you guys...
I would highly recommend to ANYONE looking for a car to steer clear of US Auto Sales. They are an unethical business who charge well more than retail value for vehicles, hound you days BEFORE a payment is due, put random fees into your payments which you are forced to pay or they use their payment tracking systems to shut down your cars. THEY DO NOT REPORT to the credit bureau so 1st time car buyers think they will be able to get financing from another dealership and can't it shows as a loan but EVERY MONTH in NR (means not reported) so you NEVER see any increase in your credit score keeping you at subprime rates or forcing you to go back to their dealership. They are unethical in their business practices and fleece people for cars that should have sold for $6,000 - 8,000 and sell them for $18,000 - 20,000! BUYERS BEWARE!!!
