Wonderful Experience!Our 39" Samsung started having ghost like features. I checked the forum and found out it needed a T-Con board replacement, because the display. All the folks looked like ghosts! I contacted Sam and he was able to pick up my TV since I work only three miles down the road. He contacted me every step in the process and told me the price to fix the TV, before he started to fix it. I think he had the TV for about 1 week. I made arrangements with him to bring the TV back to my job and he did!. The TV works wonderful. I'm so happy with it! I'll recommend his service to all my co-workers.
We brought our tv to be repaired, he said it would take 3 days. We never got any notification that he was having issues or that he was awaiting parts. After weeks of excuses, he says your TV can't be fixed. I will keep it. We said we would pick it up because we wanted a second opinion. We get it and he didn't even have the decency to return it to us the way we gave it to him. The front cover was flapping off and it was missing screws. I'm a real customer and if you don't want to take our advise, just stop by the shop and see all the customers who gave up trying to use his "services."
