The gentleman and lady of this store have given me one of the most unpleasant experiences of my life. I warn that no one visits this store and simple go to Essence Beauty Supply store, which is also owned by Asians but 10x more friendlier.My Experience:I was at first excited to have a store so close to me. However, my excitement quickly died when I realized that I was being watched by not only the gentleman in the front but also a lady that come from the back. I was watched for the duration of my shopping experience, which lasted for about 10 minutes. If I was not in the view of them, they watched me via their computer. When I asked if this is how they treated all customers, the gentleman ignored me and the lady became confrontational. I asked to speak with the owner of the company and the gentleman said that he is the owner. I told how joyful I was to have a store close to me but was unhappy with being watched. The lady interjected and said that he can not speak English so I will need to speak to her. She was very disrespectful to not only me but also the gentleman, who communicated with me at an understandable level of English. If I only spoke to the gentlemen, I would not feel as upset as I am now. However, the lady was incredible rude, disrespectful, and inconsiderate of me and the gentlemen. The lady also called me weird because I preferred speaking the gentleman, who is the owner of the company, over her. She said that I was weird because she told me that he does not speak English and I continued to speak to him. I expressed to her that he is capable of speaking English and that she is being very rude to him. She constantly cut him off and I can only assume told him to be quiet in their native language. Lasting Words:Absolute awful experience and I just hope that they come to terms with themselves. They need some help with customer service. I was very sad about this outcome.
Today (Nov. 19th 2016), My little sister went to this location trying to exchange some items she had purchased. She was HARASSED by one of the employees: the employee YELLED in her face in front of all the customers, FLIPPED his middle finger at her and then had the nerve to PUT HIS HANDS ON HER PUSHING HER OUT OF THE STORE ! All while my sister was trying to figure out why she could not exchange the items with her valid receipt. I advise anyone who is reading this TO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS LOCATION BECAUSE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRENDOUS!
