Our 39" Samsung started having ghost like features. I checked the forum and found out it needed a T-Con board replacement, because the display. All the folks looked like ghosts! I contacted Sam and he was able to pick up my TV since I work only three miles down the road. He contacted me every step in the process and told me the price to fix the TV, before he started to fix it. I think he had the TV for about 1 week. I made arrangements with him to bring the TV back to my job and he did!. The TV works wonderful. I'm so happy with it! I'll recommend his service to all my co-workers.
We brought our tv to be repaired, he said it would take 3 days. We never got any notification that he was having issues or that he was awaiting parts. After weeks of excuses, he says your TV can't be fixed. I will keep it. We said we would pick it up because we wanted a second opinion. We get it and he didn't even have the decency to return it to us the way we gave it to him. The front cover was flapping off and it was missing screws.
I'm a real customer and if you don't want to take our advise, just stop by the shop and see all the customers who gave up trying to use his "services."

I called Sam's regarding my 52 RCA tv it wouldn't power on. I spoke to an other repair location who said they have to check to see if I can be added to today's appointments but Sam's came about 1hr after I called and within 20 min my TV was working again mater of fact the picture is now clearer plus he gave me a 1yr warranty. All that for 275 also he didn't want to give an estimate until he knew what was the issue. I appreciated that very much if I have to use him again I will without any doubt

My 52"" Hitachi rear projection screen started having convergence issues last night. Being that it is about 8 years old, I feared I was needing to buy an expensive replacement. I called Sam this morning, left a message at 9:05 a.m. and got a returned call before 9:10 a.m.! He took my model number over the phone and gave me an estimate price right then. He called before heading to my house, and now at 1:30 p.m. my TV is back to normal again, all for about $240!! That's great considering a new set would cost me in the thousands!
Very prompt, man of few words, but seems to be very capable and quick. No ""surprise"" costs either!
Sam of Sam's Electronics did a great job. He was reasonably priced compared to all other estimates that I received. I explained the problem to him and he diagnosed it over the phone and provided me a fair estimate without trying to make it sound like major surgery to justify a higher price (like some of his competition did). Jumped right on the situation; showed up next morning and right on time. Was able to fix the problem in my home rather than charging me hauling fees for my widescreen like all the other repair shops wanted to do. Did find one small issue besides the one that I called him about, but he fixed it and didn't inflate the price. I would definitely recommend him highly to anyone that needed television repair.
