Pretty Shape Salon and Spa

I had a horrible experience on 10/24/2015 at Pretty Shapes n Spa. The "owner" and her inexperienced student both worked on my Marley twists at the same time, causing several different sizes and inconsistency all over. I've never been so depressed after leaving a "Beauty Salon." There's nothing pretty about this place. They gossiped about the lady who does eyebrows in front me. They talked about how she shouldn't take her tips out of the register and she shouldn't speak with her accent or language bc they don't trust her. She even sent her son to spy on the lady when she went to the back to talk on the phone. The owners son was about to fight a guy inside of the shop.. While I was there! P.s this was AFTER the owner stopped doing my hair to go to the mall!! I even called and asked her to come back to finish bc her worker was not braiding/ twisting tight enough. The little girl was putting Edge control on my ends, ruining my real hair! She said she trusted her ( although she had to re-do almost every braid the little girl did) and would be back after her mall trip. When she finally came back she knew I was not satisfied and offered to re-do the hair the next day. I called when I got home bc this is my birthday hairdo and asked for my money back for the service and hair bc her worker ruined it by putting Spritz on Marley Hair! She hung up on me and said she gives out no refunds. This is a ghetto shop with horrible customer service. The owners phone number has the (470) area code and she's black with braces. Ask for pics before you go there and don't expect to get what you want. I created an account to warn others about her.

This Jane D person sounds like a enemy or envious person.I had nothing but greatness in visiting this shop. I’ve sent clients there ! They only speak of greatness about the owner and her how respectful her kids are. The kids come there after school cleanup and help their mom. All the stylists there are licensed professionals.Some people are very Envious,
