I wrote the only review on here a few years ago. Well, I change my mind. A lot happens in a few years. I paid $98 for some one to come out and spray. The man told me there is a 3 month guarantee. I called last week and no one called back. I just called again today and told Alex that we still have a roach problem and we have had several in our home. The problem only went a way for a few weeks. He said the guarantee is only a month and I will have to pay another $78 to have a 3 month guarantee. Definitely will not use this company again. Sure wish honest Gary was still in charge! : (

I thought we had termites because the siding on our chimney was eaten up. I had called Terminix and they sent someone out who said we had termites. I asked him to show them to me in the wood, (at a friend's recommendation who use to work for Orkin). The guy from Terminix did not show me any termites in our wood. Still believeing I had termites, I called Alternative Pest Control for a second estimate. Gary came out and inspected and informed me we do not have termites. He let me know it was water damage and went on to continue looking some more around the perimeter of the house and gave me some pointers on our water problem. He spent 20-30 mins here. He did not try to sell me anything. He even said he would not treat the house for termites right now until we took care of our water problem, because the solution would just wash away. We are waterproofing the house and I will call Alternative when we're ready to treat for termites or any other pest problems! He was honest, helpful and informative. I will recommend him to every one I know.
