this is the rudest most incompetent branch of the bank I have ever dealt with. I put my check in on mobile deposit yesterday 24 hours ago on a Sunday. they claim that the funds anticipated date that I can access it is on the mobile app, it is not otherwise I would not have put my money in the bank. the rudest woman ever on the phone kept talking over me telling me the same policy over 10 times. I could not get one word in to explain to her my position as a human being versus her policy but she kept talking over me to tell me about. I was not aware of the policy they are completely unyielding rude and inconsiderate. fine you want to have your evil policy in which you are allowed to make interest of my money extra time fine but don't be rude to me when I had an account with you for over 2 years.I should have never opened a bank account with them when I noticed right after opening the account that they had spelled my name wrong.go to any other bank but this bank they are terrible they are rude and incompetent beyond incompetent!
