An unknown assailant put a big dent in my brand-new car - didn't leave note or wait for me to come out of store, so I was stuck with paying for the repair. I stopped by Top Notch Collision for an estimate and Alan was so very helpful. He explained the insurance process to me (I had never filed a claim before). He talked with me for 30 mins, not knowing if he would even get my business. I had already been to two other shops for estimates and they could've cared less that I was there - gave me a quick estimate and sent me on my way. So, I chose Top Notch Collision - though my insurance company "encouraged" me to choose one of their "select service" shops. And I am so very glad I chose TNC! My car looks great!! You would never know the repair was made. I have a three-process paint job that had to be blended into the surrounding parts and it is flawless! And the staff took care of everything. I didn't have to haggle with the insurance company. The day I picked my car up, Alan even handled returning the rental car for me. I will most certainly recommend Top Notch Collision - not only is the repair top quality, but the customer service is "top notch".
Top Notch Collision helped me get my car back on the road at a time I thought it was hopeless. I was hit on the rear passenger side causing my rear axel to bend and side air bags to deploy. This obviously came with a lot of body damage and frame damage.From the time I started the repairs until the repairs were complete, they were extremely professional and helpful. I called several times in a week to get an update and never felt that I was an annoyance. They also sent me pictures of my car as they made progress. Alan went above and beyond what I would have expected. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and was very straight forward about what to expect. I would recommend this shop to anyone that needed their service. They truly care about their customers and are willing to go above and beyond to make sure they are happy. The shop itself was very clean and organized. I cannot recommend Top Notch Collision enough.
I discovered this service center in june 2010. I have been searching for a mechanic for 2 years, and will not take my car anywhere else. I am so pleased with the friendly service of Scott the service manager, and the speed of all his technicians. I never trust mechanics, but I can promise HONEST QUALITY service here. They have saved me hundreds of dollars already by not going to a honda dealer and pay top dollars for exactly the same service. I trust in them to work on my wifes Mitsubishi Galant, to my parents 2010 Lexus hybrid and my Honda accord. They do custom work & install aftermarket parts to cars, I recently had an eibach anti roll kit installed by them. There is also a huge waiting room, with tv and a variety of magazines. Only 2 mins from historic downtown Lawrenceville and near the 316 airport. Thank you G.T.A for great prices and premium service!
2nd time going to A-1. Always professional Today, didn't have to spend money on tires. Was able to get tire plugged, didn't know until the last min that they also will put on brakes and rotors. Found out that I had the wrong rotors. I was charged $20 bucks for a take down fee. I was going to go and come back. But charging a take down fee was unnecessary for a repeat customer that drove out of the way for service. Young business must understand the difference between customer service and hustle. Make $20 now and lose a customer vs. having a lifetime customer that will tell everyone good service and bring more business. Think before you hustle. May find some place closer. Gave five stars for the tires. If rated for service for brakes and rotors it would be a zero.
I have finally found my mechanic! The owner, Mahmud, was polite, knowledgeable, and most importantly, HONEST. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my car (faulty O2 sensor) and had it fixed in just a few hours. When I expressed concern about my brakes, he took a look at them and instead of selling me on unnecessary services, told me there was no problem that needed immediate attention. He also identified a separate issue with my engine mounts, but he was quite clear that the issue was not severe enough to require immediate attention. He kept me informed of the status of my car and clearly explained what was needed and what wasn't. If you're looking for an honest and knowledgeable mechanic, this is your place! Highly recommended!
You hear a lot of horror stories about mechanics ripping people off. Let me tell you, this isn't one of them. I thought I had a bad rear main seal. Typically around $1,000.00 or more at most repair shops. Gabre Royes put the car up on a lift and had me look at it with him. De decided it wasn't the seal but instead it was coolant hose leak and a sensor that was leaking that was the problem. Now for my car (2004 Merc Sable LS 3.0 ltr engine) there's no such thing as a common part I've come to find out. Needless to say, he could have rapped me with repairs I didn't need. The cost of fixing my car was around 25-30 percent of what I was fearing it was going to be. He has a customer for life (at least my life seeing how I'm older than he is)
Scott and his crew at GTA Performance are the only people I will ever let work on any of my vehicles. (I don't let anyone work on my vehicles) These guys are professional yet they truly care about the customer too. They take the time to find the problem then let you know what it its going to take, they even worked with me because I was short on money this week. Then he even had one of his mechanics carry us over to Steak and Shake so we could eat and then "shop" while they replaced my radiator. Scott Cope still knows what integrity, honesty, honor, and respect is all about. I promise you will be treated better than you could ever imagine by these guys.
I bought a 2004 Honda Accord Ex V6 sedan from the owner Shakir he was a very nice guy. He told me all his cars are good, and that I have a honda and that I'm making a great choice and that their is nothing wrong with it and it'll last me years and years with no problems. A week later I went to the grocery store came back to my car and my car never started up. I towed it back to Shakir and he charged me $200 just to fix the problem. Mind you I've only had the car for a week. Now I've had the car for 6months and now I'm having even more serious problems My Transmission went out with no previous signs or lights on the dash.
I was on my way to Florida when my truck made a loud boom and started smoking. I called Myles truck and the service manager advised me it was probably a turbo and he would send his wrecker to tow me in. Within 30 minutes of my call the folks at Myles had their wrecker to me to tow me in. They were able to diagnose the problem very quickly (which was a turbo by the way) and get me all fixed up by lunch time the next day. Myles did an awesome job getting me back on the road. Everyone there was nothing but stellar. Can not recommend these guys enough.
