I had originally wrote a 5 star review, one of the few you will find on this company. Apparently I have to eat my words. They upped everyone's bills, after backing out of a deal to sell to another company (after many people gave the other company all of our information), because they were going to improve their business themselves. B. S..
We went from pulling between 5-7 down to a whopping 0.07 down. You can't even load a webpage with that. So, hey, I called. This daft heffer actually told me that the techs don't let anyone know when they'll come out, so they'll just be there when they show up. No, that is not how business is done. I have no intention on paying for the days my service was unusable. Period. I've been polite for over a week, so I'll just waste their time by sitting in the radio station until I get this resolved. I have nothing but time.
Also, since they choose to act this way due to them being the "only" option for us boonie dwellers, I've chosen to look into other ways. Did you know this up and coming company is looking for land to build towers to bring service to our areas? JTM Broadband. I would let them slap one in my backyard if it meant getting away from ABG. I just might be their biggest advertiser.
Maybe it's time to invest in the customers paying your bills. If my bill is paid, I d*mn well expect my service to work.
This service used to be good. The last several months has been worse than dial up was 10-12 yrs ago. Can't hardly get internet service. Many neighbor say same as I do. Have called numerous occasions. Service has not improved at all. It is unacceptable that things can't get fixed We are paying for a service and am not receiving it
It is the worst customer service, I've ever received. The technician doing the install didn't complete it, and the said he was coming back 4 days later. He no called no showed. When I called back to see what was going on, the receptionist hung up the phone to avoid the issue. The company needs to leave Lawrenceburg!!
What Can I Say This Internet Is Awful It Works Good Sometimes But Sometimes I Cant Even Load A Web Page And If You Have Xbox Live You Can Forgot Using This Internet To Play Xbox Live Because After About 10minutes Of Playing It Disconnects So Do Not Get This Wifi!!!!
I'm a gamer and I live in Lawrenceburg TN, possibly the worst part of Lawrenceburg to be a gamer. Mainly because I have to rely on this internet service and their so called "high-speed internet". I get 1.3 mbps download speed on a good day which is not at all fast, it is very irritating to be playing a game and embarrassing when you get booted just because this internet can't keep up. This happens every time I play about every 30 minutes I'm on. Not to mention how much of a lag there is. And it's not just gaming it's also just casual browsing. So if you like being able to actually use the Internet you pay so much for stay away from this company.
I would not recommend this co. to anyone. I called to have service connected, but after three weeks of waiting, I could not get a service tech to install the equipment. After two phone calls, they would not commit to a date of installation. I never got an explanation, only an attitude that denote I was at their mercy. You have many other satellite providers to choose from, I wouldn’t go with this one. Also, they have an F with the BBB.
