Lies were told, unexpected charges on my first bill, extended warranties added that I was never told about. When I called to speak to my sales rep they said she didn't work there anymore. I requested the manager, Amanda, they said they would have her call me back. Never had a call back from Amanda. When I went into the store a week later to pay my bill, there she was, my sales rep who supposedly didn't work there any longer! I asked her about my charges and expressed my concerns of the false information she had provided me. She got combative and aggressive. I told her I didn't want to argue with her and then the store manager, Amanda, chimed in from the side and threatened to kick ME out, saying that I would not be arguing with anyone..... I'm sorry what? I paid my bill and left because I knew talking to her would be useless. I will never go back and there is a good chance I will be leaving Verizon after 20 years of service. Verizon should be embarrassed by the type of customer service this location is providing. This is a perfect example of how class action lawsuits are started.
