Friday, 7/12/13 around 8:00 pm my family and I entered the Lawrenceville store looking for a twin mattress. After discussing the price range we needed to stay in, all of sudden the salesman’s (there was only one person working in the store at the time) attitude changed and he started to complain about my children trying out/jumping on the beds. He was more concerned with the kids and their flip flops on “a $4,500 bed” then selling us what we needed. He stated to have my son get his feet off the 4,500 dollar mattress. Needless to say we left the store in disgust and as we were leaving the store the salesman didn’t even say a word to try and get us to stay, rather looked like he could care less about our business and went back to his desk. FYI: I went to Sears, Macys and Sleepys and didn’t have any problems. I will not return to a Mattress Factory store again.
