What I would expect from a taxi service and I don't mind the lack of English. I get to where I need to go safely and that's what's important to me. I will say they take a long time to reach you and that's why they get 3 stars. Otherwise, I would use their services if I need a taxi.

This company is late. I call 4:15pm and forty fi e minutes passed.I hate being late. It is terrible.
Horrible experience, i call them and state where i need a ride too, they say okay five minutes click, then 30 mins rolls by i call to see if someone is on their way and he yells at me yes and too be outside in less than five, then next i know its quarter of where i had a appt at 8am and never showed up, luckily i was able too get a ride. But terrible service,and they have music blaring and yelling at me, please dont waste your time, liberty taxi picked me up in 3min!
Staring with the young lady to answer the phone (Zuly) and and all drivers are respectful, helpful, responsible, and prices are no bad. Really good service! Thank you Dimond! Call you next summer!
HORRIBLE! They showed up a half-hour late and I missed my train. When the driver finally showed up, he passed my house, attempted to back up into my driveway, hit a stone wall and tried to flee until I yelled at him. They don't have meters in the cab either so you have to argue for your rate.
It's a very varied experience - the dispatchers assume you speak Spanish, and the drivers don't necessarily understand English well or at all. Some aren't very professional (you might get to listen to loud music for your trip) while others are just great. You might have to share a ride with several other people which is a problem if you have more than one person in your party or have luggage, etc. There's just no consistency from ride to ride.
