I have been with this company for over 20yrs, and thousandsof dollars. As a paraplegic,stuck in bed,I watch a lot of tv.Every time I have a problem,they have solved it without a service call. I have always used a TiVo DVR and still,they help me solve any problems. The last time they saved me a service call by recommending I exchange my cablecard. It worked!❤️
Wow! Internet services and costumer service are an absolute abomination. Their costumer service will lie to you MULTIPLE times and sweep you under a rug. I'm not sure if this is because they are lazy or they don't know how to explain their scams, oh, it's both! That being said, I'm completely unsatisfied with with this company and the way they have treated me. Not only was I almost in tears from being shuffled from person to person on the phone for OVER 2 HOURS; I got ZERO results. My advice for others would be to keep yourself and your money far way from WOW! Cable and Internet.
The guy who came to hook up the cable stole my iphone that was plugged in right by where he was setting up the box. I shouldn't have left him in there by himself while I went to go check my computer's connection. :<
