My husband and I ate here tonight around 5:30. We are vegetarians (no meat, no dairy) so its always a gamble when we try a new place. While our choices were limited, we still got a decent meal. For those of you who are also vegetarians the hot dishes included asian green beans, sauteed potatoes, lo mein, and veggie spring rolls. I don't know if these dishes are always offered. In addition they had a nice salad bar and several different fresh fruits. The also have a hibachi grill (no choice for sauce), but you may want to ask them to use different utensils to cook it. If your a vegetarian who eats dairy and eggs, it looked like there were a couple more dishes you could eat.
If you diet doesn't restrict any food items, you are in luck. They had a lot of different dishes. They also have a sushi bar, and many dessert items including scoop ice cream. Every thing we ate was fresh, but maybe it was because it was early for dinner and the food did have a chance to set out for long.
The service was pretty good, they refilled our water before they were empty and cleared plates fast. There was a weird moment when we got our check back. I signed my name, but the young man who was waiting on us ask me to fill in the blanks for tip and total. I was planning to leave the tip on the table (because he was not the only one who had helped us). I filled in the total and left the tip blank and went to put my card away. The man kept waiting. I final pulled out a few dollars and handed it to him because I felt like he was waiting for it. He was polite and said thank you, but it was just a bit awkward.
All in all it was a good experience. I'm sure we will go back, but I think we will go at lunch when its a bit cheaper.
Not to be a jerk but it's so obvious that the owner or a worker wrote the two of those. They not only say the times there open but half of each of them say the exact same stuff. Lastly, the English is terrible. They should really just pay actual customers to write some fake nice stuff. They sound crazy. I'm gonna go eat it now. Hope it's good.
The workers was friendly and the place was beautiful. The food was great, the meat just tender and the vegetables was cooked just right and with a snap to it. I had a little of this and that so I could taste as much as I could. I loved the stuffed mushrooms, the stuffed potatoes was great, so much there you need to try it. I can not believe it only cost $9. I WILL be back. On the way home I was talking to people around me and posted it on Facebook to let my friends will about the new place in town.
