I've been there a few times. Went there today to change nose jewelry to some I already had. The guy who changed it did not sanitize anything before taking the old ring out or putting the new one in. He also trimmed the stem instead of bending it so it fell out immediately after I left the store. He trimmed it so short that I it doesn't even go through the whole piercing. I can no longer wear this piece so I'll have to repurchase it again. I could've probably done a better job myself. Third planet seems to know more about piercings than they do. Also, staff seems to always out front on their phones. Would not recommend, probably won't ever go back there.
I love BDC. I've gotten two tattoos done there by different artists and they both look amazing. I've also had my nose pierced and a surface anchor put in from BDC and they both healed quickly and still look great. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for any artist or piercer.

The BBB considered both sides of the complaint and after clearing up inaccuracies in her complaint the case is now closed. I stand by my 7 years of experience. I take great pride in my work. Unfortunately, Molly received inaccurate information from an out of state "piercer" which fueled her to post negative reviews.
Absolutely horrible. I would NOT recommend going to them for piercings. I had my tragis done and after six weeks it was still bleeding and pussing. It hurt to the touch and it was actually beginning to fall out of my ear. I went to a professional piercing place and was informed that #1 I had been given the wrong jewelry. #2 the jewelry was too big for my ear. #3 they had given me an ointment that says right on the package that it was not to be used for puncture wounds, which is exactly what a cartilage piercing is. and #4 they had missed my cartilage completely. And when I called to ask for a refund they were so unbelievably rude. Her tone of voice was rude, she told me that there was no way my ear had been bleeding after 6 weeks and refused to refund my money. After spending $50 on a piercing that I had to remove because it was done so poorly I am absolutely unsatisfied with both the customer service and their piercing ability
