Horrible service at 800 number! They cannot help at all! Missing package and they cannot call delivery driver to find out where it is! Tracking # says it is on the truck since 6:30 This morning! Its 5:30 and UPS was in the area over 2 hours ago!
Terrible service. Lazy employees. Didn't even make an attempt to deliver the package. Wanted us to drive 32 miles out of our way to do their job for them.
i just lost my package and last place the it was scanned was here.
I hate this place. After meeting the driver at my door for a delivery, the driver gets back into the truck and marks on my packages status "met customer boy" ...i'm 29 year old grown man. I already felt disrespected with that. My next package that was coming a week later, gets an arrival scan at this place and then "magically" no ones knows where my package is. After calling customer service, getting a "tracer" put on it... the package wasn't there in the first place so when I should have received my package, I ended up having to wait another day in hopes that just maybe it shows up tomorrow. Now when I order online, If it ships UPS... I'd rather go to a store and pick up whatever I'm ordering or just spend my money somewhere that has fed ex.
