My car door was backed into. Crushed. I took my car to the dealership I purchased it from,thinking their body shop would do the proper repairs.
I have had the car back to them numerous times.
Gary,the man in the body shop all of 2 years,talks over me,refuses to listen. I have to repeatedly ask him to LISTEN. Intimidation of females is not good in customer service. 'The little lady' syndrome, often found in Southern males is his mode of action. Acting like I do not know what I'm talking about, smirks and chuckles don't cut it, bud..
The front passenger door was damaged,the alignment was off after the wreck. I was billed. I then had to pay for a rental car as I refused to pay the $90. alignment bill. Mr. Matthew Murdock did take care of that cost for me. It should not even have been an issue for me to deal with! If it had been submitted to the insurance company in a timely manner in the first place it would not have been a problem.
There are issues with the car that were not issues before these bozos started working on it.
"The back door was taken apart",said Gary.
WHY was it taken apart? The front door was the damaged door! A simple door issue should have been completed,thank you. Nothing else should have become a problem. My front window roars when rolled down now,Gary said he'd look at that AFTER the back window is repaired,it was fine before the wreck! I pointed it out to him and a man from the service dept. There is a new road/wind sound coming from the window,I thought it was the front window,no,it is the back window. Gary did not hear anything. Richard from the service department did hear it. I appreciate him taking the time to listen and to pinpoint where it was coming from.Oh goody,Gary ordered gaskets to fix something that was fine before I brought the car to them. How nice of him.
I am so fed up with this place! I wish I had never taken my car to them in the first place.
The car's resell value is shot. It will never be back to the shape it was in before the wreck and I doubt these fools will ever get it right.
