Amazing food and atmosphere. Service not so good. Potato kegs and burgers are amazing. Convenient location.

6. Taco Haven
A very surprising find about a mile off the Riverwalk! The Carne Asada, refried beans and arroz were delicious wrapped in a fluffy hand-rolled flour tortilla. You want GREAT Puffy Tacos? Try these bad boys out!!! Solid service complimented by a friendly, customer-focused manager. Don't miss havi…
I'm a regular customer, but I won't be any longer. The service was very poor and the attitude was very unprofessional. The food was not quite up to it's usual quality. The waitresses all assume that everyone speaks and understands Spanish. There are so many other places to dine.
Azuca is known for their happy hour...Mojitos, Capirihina's and Appetizers for under $3 dollars is a tasty steal. Plan on staying for dinner so you don't miss out on their delicious seafood dishes. Their specialty Feijoda.... it is out of this world.

After looking for authentic Mexican food we landed here and was welcomed by the best waiter Zappo...he was very knowledgeable and very polite with our food request and even talked us into some favorite drinks from the local area. My girlfriend and I rate this place a 5 stars for great food and a…
My son and I attended Mother's Day Brunch at Aldaco's. I honestly can say I was pleasantly surprised. The food was just great. Very flavorful and tasty. Something for everyone. My 6 year old enjoyed it very well and especially liked the craft table where he made a card for me and something …
The Riverwalk was very crowded. Guadalajara Grill is only steps away from the Hilton. We came here and it was wide open. We had to make a decision - try the food (there was no one else there) or go back to the Riverwalk. We are REALLY glad we tried the food. Very tasty. Good Prices. I'm f…
20. Rio Rio Cantina
1st off i would like to state that this restaurant is a TEX-MEX restaurant! People, read the sign..it says tex-mex! If you dont believe me, check the website. And to the person complaining about the tortillas... yes they are store bought. Have you ever worked in a big restaurant? They do not mak…
Went to Tito's on Saturday morning and ate the Pork ala Mexicana breakfast taco. Is was out of this world. It was so good that my wife and I went back on Sunday. She loved her bean, egg, and cheese taco. Breakfast downtown for less than $10.
22. Paloma Riverwalk
Well, you came to San Antonio for the River Walk, and nothing tops off a visit like an actual local restaurant that has some ambiance, local flavor, and a long history of serving great meals along side the River. Sit and enjoy a relaxing meal, watch pedestrians and River Boats. Enjoy the menu, …
I had the best Birthday party at the Cadillac Bar! The food was great, the music was really good and the staff were so friendly and really helpful. I'll definitely do another event there in the future. Thanks again Cadillac Bar it was a night to remember!
if you are out with friends drinking and nothing eles is open then you won't mind the food and service
I went here for lunch on a weekday.I ordered the rancheros enchiladas from the lunch menu. The enchiladas, rice and refried beans were excellent. I also had a homemade corn tortilla on the side. It was great. They brought out chips and 3 types of salsa. The salsas were ok. Not bad but not great. The chips were average. They appeared to be store bought. The sweet tea was good. The lunch menu items were only $5.99 and this included tea. Great value. Customer service was very good.I will go back.
I came here for lunch on a weekday. Friendly staff. I had the flautas lunch plate w/ sweet tea. It was very good. Prices were reasonable. The salsa was VERY good.I will go back.
Average.I came here for lunch on a weekday with a group of seven. We heard there’s not a lot of seating room and it gets crowded during lunch. They were right. People were lined up outside waiting for a table. We arrived early and were able to get seated right away. The staff was very friendly and the service was good.I had the beef puffy taco lunch plate. The food and salsa were average. My friends really liked the flour tortillas. I had the corn tortillas. They were tough and tasted freezer burned. The prices were a little high considering that you can get equal or better food at other places around town and a lower price.I would go back but I’m not in a hurry.
I came here to pick up breakfast tacos to go. Their daily special on breakfast tacos is a good deal. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was clean, organized and looked nice. The beans in the taco were good. The salsa verde was good. I was looking forward to the homemade flour tortillas unfortunately they were rubbery. This is not good. For this reason I am giving them only 3 stars but feel I should probably drop to 2 stars.I will try again for lunch sometime and update my rating depending on the next experience. Good tortillas = 4 stars, bad tortillas again = 2 stars.
Average food.I came here for a retirement lunch with a group of about 35 people. We had the “Depot” room reserved. Tea was already on the table and the ice was almost completly melted by the time we arrived. Two bowls of salsa and chips were provided per each 9 person table. We had to request more. The chips and salsa were very good though.I had the beef fajitas. They were average. The flour tortillas were good. The staff was friendly but a little slow as there was only two people helping with the large group. We used the free shuttle service to pick up 15 of us from our office in downtown San Antonio and take us back. This was an EXCELLENT touch. Because of this I will give four stars instead of three.
Came here with a large group during lunch on a weekday. Services was fine. Food was really good. Prices were fine.I will go back.
I went to lunch here on a weekday with a group of 8. Everybody enjoyed their meals. I ordered three different tacos a la cart. I don’t remember the three flavors I got but they were all good. The service was good. The seating inside was limited and it was a little warm in there. Overall I liked it and I would go back.
This is legit burrito heaven and it may have a spunkie atmosphere honestly the website doesn't always work but I don't care about the website... I care about the food.
