The customer service at this store is clearly non-existent, which is an indication that there is poor management. Before working directly with AT&T, I was a customer with PRTC-- a company that understood the importance of customer service. There is no way that AT&T will keep the customers handed over to them by PRTC if they don't change some things. There are usually never more than 3 people working. it seems that each crew member is doing 3 jobs at the same time. The salesman, is also the customer service representative. So when you call, and the salesman is working with a customer to set up service, you don't speak with anyone bc there isn't anyone to answer your phone call. I doubt that they ever answer the phones in the store, considering that I've called for the past three days and have yet to get an answer from anyone besides the automated answering machine (suggestion: at least have an actual person answer the phone, take a message and a number. No frustrated customer wants to talk to an answeringmachine). When I WENT to the store, I waited for 45 minutes before I spoke with anyone. After being ignored and skipped in line at the discretion of one of the salesmen, another salesmen finally helped me. I was there to file an insurance claim. Which I was then told that I could have done online or over the phone. That's funny bc if there was better customer service, or if someone would have answered the phones, I wouldn't have come into the store and waited inline for 45 minutes before knowing that. The entire situation, in my opinion, displays how much AT&T cares for it's customers. My entire 45 minutes of being there, I didn't see one customer walk out of the door with the slightest grin on their face. I've worked in customer service before, and AT&T, it's blatant to myself and others that this particular store has know idea how it works. I hope that something changes, and soon!
