        Peter Zams is one of a kind. You will not find a more dedicated realtor, than this man. If Peter Zams, and his team can't get you in a home, no one can! I don't think this man sleeps. LOL! From start to finish he's with you through this tough mortgage and home searching process. Follow his instructions, get your paper work in when he ask, don't hide anything, and let him work. You will get the home you desire.
