Placed an online order during a cyber Monday sale. For an unknown reason almost 2 weeks later, GameStop.com cancelled my order after I paid. My money was refunded by GS.com, but I needed the product for a Christmas gift. Called the store, and was told by the manager they would sell it to me at the discounted price. Great customer service for honoring the sale! (I would give them 5 had the order not been abruptly cancelled in the first place!)
Bought a game last week and it doesn'the work and can't find recepit. Asked if I could exchange for same game and was told I could sell game back and then buy a new one. This manager is rude and does not care about customer service.
Terrible experience in this location regarding a simple controller reserve and purchase . I was informed by the clerk that the "system was broken " and it did not work properly. I will not return
