Great experience with delivery

I live out of state and wanted to send flowers to my friend at work. I was nervous to call a place without a recommendation, but didn't want to go through one of the nation-wide floral delivery services. The person I spoke to was very nice. She let me know up front the realistic time frame that the flowers could be delivered to my location, and was patient while I confirmed that the timeline would work for my friend. I received email confirmation immediately, my payment was processed immediately, and I received a phone call the next day letting me know about a slight change that had been made to the color of my order. Finally, I received an email confirming delivery. My friend sent a picture, and the arrangement was exactly what I had envisioned. I definitely recommend this place for your next floral delivery. Very professional.

very rude

My fiance and I are trying to find a florist to service our wedding. I called Rainbow Florist during the day and asked if I could come in and look through their wedding book. The woman assured me that was fine, but mentioned that if I wanted to sit and talk with someone in the shop, I would need an appointment. She suggested that I come look throught the book first on my own, and then if I liked their work, book an appointment. I asked what time they closed--she said 6:00. However, when we arrived at 5:25, we were greeted with complete ignorance. Not only did I have to search the place to find an employee (there were no other customers and a bell rang loudly as we entered), but once I found someone, she rudely informed me "you know we close at six." I said yes I knew, but that it was 5:30 and we just wanted to spend a few minutes looking through the wedding book. she told me that I needed an appointment. Just to look, I asked? With that she got extremely huffy and started making a big deal about how she didn't even know where the book was, and you know that we close at 6, right? It was obvious that they were not busy making arrangements or waiting on any other customers. After being reminded yet again that they were closing at 6, we felt so unwelcome that we just walked out.
