We contacted PJ Movers and promptly received a quote for their moving services. We decided to utilize their services for our move on August 3rd, and we received an email confirmation on July 23rd confirming that they would have a moving crew at our house between 8-9am on that date. However, we received an email from Phil at 5:30pm on Friday, Aug. 2nd stating that the crew he had booked was no longer available and he would not be able to help us. Because we were busy moving and the email came after business hours, we did not receive the email until Saturday morning at the time the movers were scheduled to arrive. There was no phone call to us. And no further explanation. We were left in a serious lurch and had to scramble (and pay more) to find another moving company because of this extremely unprofessional company. We cannot recommend doing business with this company.
