        We reserved a room for 10/16 thru 10/19/13. We did not get what we reserved.

        The room we received was East Wing 202. QUITE POSSIBLY THE WORST ROOM IN THE HOTEL. THERE WAS NOISE COMMING FROM THE LOCKED ROOM

        NEXT DOOR. CONSTANTLY EVERY 3-5 MIN. DAY AND NIGHT. May have been a maintenance room. The room they issued to us should never be rented.

        All employed staff were very courteous. But the room one of the worst we have ever stayed in.

        we love going to the golden nugget when we are in Laughlin. The staff is always attentive and friendly.
