        Placed an order for oil,was given a delivery date. Called on the day it was to be delivered and was told driver had a lot of deliveries and was assured he would make it. Didn't happen.No phone call or nothing..bad business practice!

        Very satisfied with Smith oil! They don't make you wait along time for a delivery. They come within a few days if not the next day and someone always answers the phone you never get a machine. Nice employees.
