Shopping alone for a car as a woman can be a very intimidating experience. YL and Johnny at Roberts Auto took the fear and worry out of my experience as much as is humanly possible. I did a lot of research on my own before buying my 2012 VW Beetle (turbo, loaded with premium sound, navigation system, and a sunroof). I used car com to find out what options were available on the VW Beetle I was shopping for, then I used the online NADA guide nadaguide to determine the right price for the car I was buying. Their price was fair, they handled the financing (getting me approved at a VERY low APR with a teeny tiny down payment), AND they calmed my nerves. I have been driving my new used car now for 3 months with zero issues and 100% satisfaction.
