        expensive...more expensive than manhattan! rolls are loaded with rice...very little fish. Udon was extremely salty. Go somewhere else...don't go to koto

        While I thought the food was up to snuff, the prices were excruciating. Since when does a Japanese restaurant charge for green tea by the pot???

        Founded in 2003, Koto Japanese Restaurant is known for serving traditional Japanese cuisine.
