Loved the service! The news about this party was bs, nobody was ever found to be passed out and this was stated in the police report. Also, “Tory R” is Williamsville-housewife code for “Renee Curtin”
I am a three time client for over a wonderful span of 12 years. I have 3 children 12, 7,and 2 and Mrs. Sanders have been very understanding and accommodating to me and I've witnessed the same treatment with other clients as well. If you don't like policy, structure, and want to pickup your kids late all the time then this place is not for your family. However if u want your kids in a safe, stable, learning environment than this place is for your family. Mrs. Coley-Director and Mrs. Sanders-Owner are professionals, they put the kids first, know each and every child individually, and with the excellent staff takes the care for the children to the next level. My kids is a safe haven and a reliable source for all kids.
HORRIBLE!!!! Just found out she was arrested for hosting an underage alcohol party where a child was found passed out. Clearly this owner has no business supervising kids, She even hid in the house so police couldn't find her.
I sent my youngest daughter and son here and they love the provider, Mary, and love the activities they do there. My kids are full time and are super excited every morning to meet Mary and their new friends at the daycare. You can tell it's a nice easygoing and attentive atmosphere
I knew right away when I toured that I wanted to bring my daughter to the learning garden. It's always the same caring and educated staff, in a very family-like setting. Their communication with parents is on point, they even have a texting app set up to send out updates and photos. They go above and beyond every day and my daughter is learning so much. I recently took a job in another town so sadly we have to leave the center and Ann, the director, has once again done so much. She helped me look up other schools and day care providers in the area where my new job is, she checked their posted violations to be sure they were safe, and even put together a document for me to take with me when I tour so that I have some crucial questions to ask to be sure it's a good fit for us. Highly highly reccomend this place, and am very sad to be leaving !!!!!
Very nice provider. Healthy atmosphere & large play area.my daughter love to stay @ little star childdaycare. I recommend this one.
"Absolutely horrible" are words that would accurately describe Thersa Sanders and Elaina Coley.. who happen to be owner and director. As someone stated I'm another review, this daycare is definitely a wolf in sheep's clothing. The building is beautiful, even the head teachers are good at what they do. The problem is the owner and her " I run the world" mentality, yes you have the right to run your business as you want, but you do not have the right to disrespect or belittle almost every person who walks through your doors. I am writing this review from a parent (first) and former employees standpoint and I will leave it at this...if you would like to be treated with respect, and not fed the sugar coated side of everything..do not take your children here, nor attempt employment. The business is a revolving door of babies and employees because no one can deal with the evil, manipulative Sanders. "Very unethical"
We started my son 6 months ago when he turned 3 and just started my daughter a few months ago when she turned 2. Both kids love going to school here and love their teachers. They both come home and want to play school. They do academics and are learning colors, shapes, numbers, alphabet and more but also learn to play nice, share toys, pay attention and have good manners. There is a theme each week like "Ocean creatures" and "safari" with art projects and lessons structured to the theme. Parents are invited to attend events and parties such as a Fathers Day Picnic in the Park or Hawaiian Luau.I am so thankful to have found a very nurturing place for my kids. I really feel like their teachers genuinely care for them. The staff are all so kind and loving and make me feel good about leaving my children in their care.
Well, today was the first day we took our boy here. The interior looked clean and the staff all had foot covers over the shoes, so that's a plus, they want to keep it clean. they all seemed nice and all the kids looked like they were well taken care of.The front door has a security key pad on it, so that's a good thing. The grounds are nice and they have all ages of kids there. The cost is fair with other day cares we looked at. all in all this place seems to be great for us. They keep records day to day of what your child has done in the day and you get a report card as the day ends, for feeding etc. they seem to have a good system going.ill update my review when we have dealt with them more. But so far happy with this place.UPDATEWe've been taking our boy here for months now and we are very happy with this Learning Garden. All the people are very nice and seem to be good with the kids. If you can get in i would recommend this place! it gets an A in my book.
My granddaughter (Shardie) attended My Kids from 2 months old until 2 1/2 years. We were very pleased. She learned a lot and they helped with her becoming the happy little girl she is who started Pre-K today now living in Georgia. Thank you Sanders Family and Staff
