The ownership here is among the most disgraceful and disrespectful I've ever dealt with. I was a few days behind and called to access an important document in my unit. He assumes all his tenants are bums who are homeless parasites. He quotes Trump often. I paid in full and vacated the premises with all my belongings 2 weeks earlier than needed. I'm disgusted and will most likely file charges. I received 103 texts AFTER telling Michael the owner that further texts constitute harassment. This type of racist and unethical slander of a person for a simple request, and belittling in tone is all too common, and mainly in Caucasian owned businesses in urban communities, where business owners abuse law and financial rank and privilege to mistreat people in these communities. Shame on those who don't speak up. Even right now at this moment the police are at his establishment. I live across the street, and me and my wife were called homeless terrorist bums and to go back to our country. We live here and were born here in the USA both with non-violent backgrounds. Don't do business here bottom line. He's got 5 reviews, all fake, one is even himself, Michael Lawrence, reviewing his own business lol Sad.

I buy storage units that are auctioned off and was bidding on one. When I called with questions why Items were being removed (SHE) you know how you are STAFF...Asked if I was the owner, MAKES YOU WONDER. I wouldn't let her know so SHE hung up on me. So later I seen the auction was cancelled and the re-posted with 1 Item missing and new VERBIAGE. So The next day I was bidding on it again and later it was taken off again now just think the Items removed and written not part of the auction are a Honda CBR...And A Suzuki looks like GSX which are both Motorcycles could someone be making extra $$$$$$ on the side and how many auctioned units does this staff go through prior to the Auctions???? Now getting home and seeing the auction was removed again I thought I should call them as anyone would do and got the same person saying that a person NAMED Kathy is not in again and asked if I'm the owner and then said maybe it's a coincidence because of my phone call yesterday. SO YOU'RE REALLY GOING WITH THE 5 STAR B.S???????????????? IN MY OPINION THIS IS A VERY CROOKED PLACE. Next the BBB, Google Reviews and more. Now remember I said this is my opinion. The movers came to pick up my things, charged me $800 more then the quote because my bed was larger then they expected. Next thing I know my charge doubled! I did not receive one phone call during the move when I was told that I would get a call when the movers left Chicago and again when they arrived in Nevada. That obviously did not happen. Then I missed work 2 mornings because the movers said "they were coming." Finally, the day came when they were at my apartment and when I said I was going to leave work, they told me to "hurry it up."After rushing to my apartment so they would not leave with my belongings, they started bringing things in and I had a chair broken and they misplaced my other chair and leaf to make a full dining set. Still cannot find my furniture and dealing with them has been a horrific experience. DO NOT USE.
This place was recently bought by US Storage and Jeff is the new manager for the property. I don't know what happened with the older brands, but all I know is that Jeff is a fantastic manager. He lives on-site and monitors the property 24/7 every day of the year. I had nowhere to keep my car for 6 months so I contacted them since they are near the airport, and Jeff gave me a discount for the first few months. Not only that, but he noticed the weather tarp fell off my car a few times and he fixed it for me. Plus when I came to get my car, the battery was dead, and Jeff even helped me jump start my car! He is a truly honest, good guy with a perfect attitude for this business. Thanks again for all your help and best wishes in the future.
Moving ave was easy and simple they were helpful and knowlegable and seemed as if they actually cared about my moving experience it was quite refreshing actually would recommend there services to anybody that needed moving done properly
I found this company online after doing a lot of searching and calling others. They are very professional and did the move Incredibly fast. Treated me like family . Thank you so much
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This is the 4th moving company I have used in 10 years. This experience is not common, all other companies have performed much better. Save yourself the headache and use someone, anyone else. While there are some positive reviews posted elsewhere, I would not risk the potential hassle this company offers.Brief summary of issues follows:- Move was schedule 3 weeks in advance. Missed pickup by full 24 hours, zero notification. They confirmed pickup both 1 day before, and 1 hour before (by our calling them, not them reaching out to us), only to miss the pickup window completely. Notified us they weren't going to make it 15 minutes AFTER missing window.- Pickup reschedule was not a priority. Was not given at time of late initial notification, was not given the next morning, finally confirmed 3 hours before pickup, a full 24 hours later. Caused us to wait around for almost 2 full days for them.- Told verbatim, our move was "not a priority, based on size" [1 bedroom apt] after making down payment, when trying to reschedule from their failed first pickup. Unacceptable customer service approach.- Various items were damaged during loading. Items marked "fragile" or "this end up" were ignored and put in sideways or on the bottom. If you make the mistake of chosing this company, get full insurance!- Attempts to contact company after goods picked up all allegedly have to be handled by customer service. Customer service is non-existant. CS does not answer direct calls. Waited over 1 week for a response to daily phone calls/emails because did not know status of move. Other reviews (Yelp, FB, Google+, BBB, Yellow Pages) all post the same thing - it is true. Initially did not call/email them daily, but this seems to be the only way to get any response.- Despite CS lack of response, and others in company acknowledging this, no one else seems to be able to help. In our case, a constant run-around when calling company to get any updates on status for 3 mysterious weeks. Regardless of call reason, they always refer you to Customer Service after they have your items. - Customer service reluctant to call on phone, regardless of nature or urgency or your request. Email is the preferred method of contact, despite the situation. - Move price raised by nearly $200 (12+%) after pickup, after being assured this was a high end estimate. - Fraud: company posts an innaccurate BBB rating on their website. A- posted on website, B posted on BBB.- Driver said move should take 7 - 10 days (unclear if he meant business or regular), but we're currently looking at a business day 18 delivery at best (to their credit, within their contract of 30 business days). This seems consistant with their "say one thing, do another" approach.- Compensation was offered for lack of communication & pickup failure - was less than 7% of total bill. - Actually asked for a testimonial video filming at pickup, after missing the initial pickup date, clearly damaging items, and taking no special care of items or apt when loading (no floor mats used). This was refused.Overall, a terrible experience. I would avoid this company at all costs, and go with anyone else. They will attempt to rope you in with a low cost estimate and very good salesmanship up front, but it will go very poorly after that (in our experience, and seemingly many others).
My experience with this company was good. They gave me a good quote. The movers arrived on time. The men were helpful, they even helped me pack some picture frames that I did wrong. My belongings made it to my new home. Yes, recommend them.
This place is horrible and it doesn't even meet up to a one-star rating. This facility's manager is the most ignorant person to hold that position. He has been nothing but trouble for me since last year when he came to this place. He does NOT abide by the law. His rude behavior and criminal actions have caused me pain and suffering, loss of use, financial hardship. He is the most ignorant person I have come up against. Stay away from using this out-of-the-way and unsupervised facility. Please.
