They never answer the phone and they are so rude when ever they do answer. My mom and I have called several time and have gotten told "didn't u call yesterday its still the same" even though we haven't called. When we told them no we haven't called they responded "I have your number on my caller id ". What kind of customer service skills is that? They need to remember they get paid by us the customers who use their services.
