I gave this doctor one star because I couldn't give it zero stars, I think the doctor knows his stuff but his office is run so badly and it has to come from the top. I had never experienced such outright rudeness and incompetency before. It is very hard to get someone to answer the phone and they outright lied to me when they called to remind about the appointment, I told them I wanted to see the doctor, and even waited four months to get the appointment, just to find that after taking my vitals I was seeing someone else. Dr. Veerappan was there because he kept walking past the waiting room. I would definitely encourage people to stay away, you will NOT get good care from this practice!
Dr. Zedek is great! He listens to your concern and he know how to ask the right questions and how to address your issues. He helped me with a family member who had been suffering from a condition from years without knowing she even had a problem. When we went to Dr Zedek he immediately diagnosed her, prescribed a medication and she said her ups and downs were much more controlled. His price is reasonable and I would recommend him to my friends and family again. His treatment worked and my family is better now because of him. Thank you Dr Zedek.
This place left me speechless due to how racist, unprofessional and how abusive one of their techs name Bridget was to me, and other clients out in the open, not caring at all cursing and making her imaginary stories. She does not know how to treat another human being forgot helping others. This place gives a bad name to other rehabs that actually care and want to help you. I don’t recommend this place to anyone who wants to be treated fair, with respect regardless of gender, race, and religion.
I went and saw Dr. Frederick Herman for over two years for a dust allergy. He did multiple tests over the years and I went and got allergy shots almost every week for over a year. However, he was never able to help me get over my allergies so I stop going. That is not the worst part! They have made multiple billing mistakes. I caught and had them fix a couple. However, they have refused to fix the last one. They billed/double billed me for services I didn't received. On two separate occasions they billed me for a visit with Dr. Frederick Herman and I didn't even see him on those days. They promised me multiple times they will fix and write-off the bills. However, they send me a bill every month or two for the last two years. They have sent my bill to collections on at least one occasion and have threatened to send it back multiple times unless I pay it or call them to set up a payment plan. Every time I call them, they said the notes on the account said this should have been written off and for me to ignore the bill. Yet they still are sending me bills. They have literally sent me over 50 separate letters for a bill of $47. I don’t think they realize that the postage cost will eventually exceed what they could collect. However, I will never pay this illegitimate bill.

Dr. Kevin Rayls attitude is extremely Unprofessional. He has a complete lack of empathy for his patients. After performing surgery on a friend of mine, he ridiculed my friend and then refused to treat him after he let the Doc know he was not in any mood to put up with his crap attitude. This is and outrage and Dr. Rayls is in violation of his Hippocratic Oath.
I told myself 4 months ago that if my sister came home completely recovered from her disgusting alcoholic binges I'm going to tell everyone about my experience with her.If you have ever dealt with alcoholism or someone who is an alcoholic, then you know the pain that we share, when they go about destroying their own life and hurting everyone around them. My sister was in complete denial, and blamed all that was wrong in her life on other people, especially me, her sister that loves her. Finally,we convinced to go to rehab and the best place we found was Vogue Recovery Center.After she got out, she told me the staff were really nice, and helped her do some soul searching while she was there.They treated her like a human as well, not like some looser.So, she is better now and I am so proud of my sister for pulling through and fighting her disease. I would recommend Vogue Recovery. Everyone deserves to get help while being treated with care and respect.

Dr Grover did my spinal surgery in 10/2000. I had 3 discs, L3,L4,L5 pop all at once. Sciatica inflammation was painful. Dr G, when I woke up from surgery, I HAD NO PAIN!!. I waited 3 yrs before the surgery. Big mistake!! This man has a god given talent. He heals you, or tells you that he can't do anything for you. He is honest. Tired of back pain, GO SEE DR G!!
