This agency helped me find a place to live. I would be homeless otherwise. They offer therapy also, and Joanna is wonderful and very helpful! I am so happy I found them!

Cannot speak to someone directly, which just put stress on individuals who truly need assistance. Also turned the items in that were asked of me on time, yet havent received any word and its been a week. In the mean time suffering to scrape together a meal each day for my kid. Frustrating because I have worked over 25 yrs. Now that I need help the system ( employees) take their time, not realizing their effecting peoples lives in a hurting way.
Cannot get through on their phone numbers to talk to someone directly. Have to to office now.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! THEY TREAT YOU LIKE A TERRORIST! I went in with my Tennessee Driver's license to get it switched over to Nevada. They told me I needed my birth certificate. I ordered it, got it but I got married in between that time. So they told us, after waiting 2 1/2 hours waiting for our number to be called, that I we needed a copy of our original marriage certificate. My husband got that and we went back. After another 2 1/2 hour wait for our number to be called, they tell us that I need to get the divorce decree or the marriage certificate from my previous marriage. Okay, so why the hell did they not tell us that the first time. Okay, I haven't had the time or money to go back there yet but I am sure that they will find some other excuse not to give me my Nevada ID. There is a serious lack of communication in this office!
They really care about their families! They spend individualized attention and go above and beyond other agencies.
The phone numer that you gave me, is not a working, or reachable phone number for civilian personnel. It is a good thing that this was not a matter of life or death.
A Great Public Service Organization
Never answers phone..very very expensive...rude...difficult to deal with, go back to Donna's House!!!
My family and I have not had a good experience with West Coast Pure Water. When the unit was first installed, the water pressure was very poor and we could not fill up more than a bottle of water at a time. Glenn, the owner of the company came back to our house to take a look at the problem and realized that the valve was not open all the way. As soon as this problem was addressed, we noticed an immediate difference and were quite pleased. Shortly after, the unit began vibrating and shaking underneath our sink, causing a noise that could be heard throughout our house. We tried to schedule Glenn to come back out twice, and both times he neglected to call and tell us that he would be unable to make it to the appointment. After voicing my frustrations to him, his response to me was “turn it off and don’t use it” and abruptly hung up. The company’s guarantee of satisfaction was clearly unmet and we are truly disappointed and would not recommend this company to anyone.
Our Turn Excursions took great care of our kids and they had a BLAST. They seriously can't stop talking about it. They made a bunch of new friends and they loved the "rock star party". We're going back for sure.
