Of the time I have had terrible service, this has to rate up in my top 3. and maybe the top when it comes to service by a Manager (Christain). So after spending 2k plus with lots of extras, they made the sale and dropped the ball after that. While I know it is busy during the holidays however this is no excuse for the actions of a manger who tries to lecture a customer on how to act when the customer has no idea how to work the item at all and is frustrated after spending a great amount of money. I was very upset on this that when I got home. I made up my mind to return the items as I do not need this kind of service every time I go there while he is working there. My wife changed my mind as both her and mine were Christmas gifts. My wife's phone (Iphone X) and went back to exchange for a new one. Guess who she ran into to get this resolved. You guessed it. Christian the Manager. My wife did not know he was one at that time and when she walked in the store she asked to speak with a manager. Christian the Manager pointed to somewhere else like he was not one. I guess he does not want to work either. In short, when Christian the Manager got involved, my wife would not have it and so, she called me and after only having the phones 4 days, "SHE" said we are returning the phones. Christian the Manager could care less. Which is fine because we do not have to deal with this young person. I spoke with the Senior manager which Christian said there was none, (oh, just so you know, He lies to fit the situation the example saying there was no one in charge.) and told him I would be contacting Corp office on this matter. So, if you run into Christian the manager, I would ask for someone else. He is not there to work for apple, he is there to chase away customers. The moral of the story is we found the worm in the apple. I am sure you know his name now. If there is anyone who wishes to challenge my review to include Christian, I am more than happen to meet up with you.

The unwillingness to help people at this store does not reflect well on Apple. I brought my iPhone6 in for a Genius Bar appt. The screen was unresponsive. Touching the screen yielded no response from the phone. They ran all their diagnostics and the phone passed every hardware test. They restored the phone to new ( a process i told them I had tried less than 24 hours earlier...). Same issue. Their final answer?..."I guess it's time to buy a new phone". They had no interest in helping me fix the phone, which was functioning perfectly fine until the ios 11 update...They simply blamed Apple for releasing an operating system that "wasn't optimized" for an iPhone6. The manager, Josh Jordan, shrugged his shoulders and agreed with his employee that Apple was to blame and they could not help me. Wow.

This place is a rip off. Paid $130 for a slide on charger for my iPhone. Only worked one day. Everything they sell is cheap no-name brand and they scam you by giving you free gifts to buy more and more of their cheap electronic. They are super smooth talkers. I'm going to file complaints till I get my money back.

A++ Customer Service. They were very knowledgeable and gave me the best bundle deal. With my old provider I was paying $240+ every month. I came to this store and they set me up with TV, Internet, and a phone line for just $115 a month! Don't go anywhere else!

A fairly new business. They are still putting things together as far as there online store. You could say its under construction but if you cant find what you are looking for they will send you a catalog and/or tell them what you want and they will find it for you. Good honest people.

I called the 702 883-4000, which is not this store's #; spoke to the same guy twice: 1st time, he gave me an address of 4715 W. Charleston, and advised he didn't have actual store phone # & I could look it up myself. I went on YP and found an address of 1045 S. Rainbow, same phone # (883-4000), which I called back. The guy said it was the same store (but memorized the 4715 W. Charleston address... hmmm): I asked how I could get a hold of the actual store to find out if they have mini boxes available and he said he didn't know & couldn't help me (with a very "could care less" attitude).

Buyers beware !!!! The Fry's circular that they send out that shows items at prices that seem to be much lower than everybody else's are refurbished. Case in point, I bought a Dyson handheld vacuum and had an issue with it only for Dyson to tell me there's no warranty on this because it was a refurbished item. This was a vacuum that I was led to believe was brand new. I went in today to purchase a Dyson upright vacuum that they also had advertised for half the price of anybody else and when it came out on a brown box I asked them is this refurbished and they said yes it was and even though the ad did not disclose that or their website disclose that. Their comeback was we just got these so this item is new to us so therefore it is a brand new item. When I explain that that's false advertising the manager Alli Blessilda basically said too bad and really could have cared less. I am a car dealer and know that you have to follow strict FTC guidelines in your advertising but it's clear to me that Fry's does not care because they have the attitude they're too big to fail. Best Buy had that attitude for a long time and was nearly in bankruptcy but change their ways. I will be filing a complaint and showing both adds to the FTC and the attorney general and let them take care of this because although Fry's may think this is great practice and screw the customer I feel it is not.

Main reason why I am writing this review is because the shipping and receiving department really lack on customer service and really need to go to school or class.Especially one guy that worked so their is so bad in talking and really doesn't even know how to treat people.I understand that I am a truck driver but dam, this guy really don't want to do anything.I get their to make my delivery and I backed into the dock and start removing the straps and getting the paperwork ready. I then was just waitting for them to come with a fork lift to unload me.He wanted me to unload the pallets from my truck into his facility. You work here nor me, so get your fat ass up and get the guys standing around looking at me to work.I worked at various places in shipping and receiving and when any truck came in to delivery we will help them out or unload them. Who in the world works in a shipping and receiving and just wants to sit on his ass not doing anything at all.
