As soon as I called to have a showing of a house, Hermanell responded quickly. I was able to meet her within a few hours and there she showed me how to apply for the home as I loved it immediately. She was very kind and professional as well as friendlyFrom there I applied online for the home that evening and contacted Triumph to notify them. I spoke with Ana. She was very sweet and helpful. She explained to me the normal processes and gave hope that we could get the house. I faxed the rest of the paperwork they needed that night. I called the next morning and spoke with Tierra, who was also very sweet and professional. She understood our time constraint and started working our application immediately. She called and offered the house to lease soon that morning. We have ABSOLUTELY LOVED living here, and thank the staff for their thoughtfulness and understanding. I feel so lucky to have found you all.I also would like to mention Dennys the maintenance girl. She is extremely nice and caring. She is quick with her work and goes the extra mile to complete the job.
We rented a property managed by this company and had a somewhat satisfactory experience until we moved out. We were charged for damage repair that was clearly marked on the move-in inspection sheet. We were also charged for normal wear and tear work such as bathtub calking. Sunburst changed the final out inspection twice. When we questioned the final out inspection, Sunburst took our complaint and told us the owners had one year to respond then ignored our calls and it took months for us to get an answer. The property owners were micro mangers who sent unlicensed repair workers to perform plumbing and electrical repair on the house. A bathtub faucet was repaired however installed backwards. They tried to pass off a nine year-old dryer as brand new when we complained about the dryer not working properly. We had to insist that a new kitchen faucet be installed as the workers brought a beat up used looking fixture that didn't even match the kitchen hardware. We are working with a Housing Referral agent in Reno NV to resolve this issue.
I am now going on 3 years as a tenant of Triumph Property Management Company. I have nothing but great things to speak of regarding this company. They take great care of their tenants and the properties they manage. All work/repair orders I submit are responded to in a timely manner. I love being able to have my rent taken out of my account every month so I'll never forget to mail a check. I've worked with Tierra and Cynthia and their responses to me are always prompt and courteous. Working with a property management company makes life so much easier when it comes to repairs and general rental issues. I switched 4 rental properties to Triumph last October when my previous management company failed to handle the HOA fees properly. It has been the best experience I ever had since. All staff in Triumph are very responsive and polite. They have dedicated departments handling issues in each area such as Accounting, HOA, Maintanence, etc. They are so professional and productive. Whever I send them questions or issues in emails, they get back to me with answers and solutions right away. All the statements are well organized with details. As a landlord, I no longer need to get involved with the tenants. They take care of everything very well so I can have a peaceful mind. I am very satisfied with the work quality Triumph has offered. My wife and I have worked directly with Calia and team for 10 years. We live in CA and rent out our home in Las Vegas. Im surprised by all the negative reviews from both homeowners and renters. Obviously I cant speak to the renter side, but i can tell you that Reiss Property Management team is on the ball with keeping things clean and updated for the tenant. While i don't enjoy seeing extra expenses on my monthly statement, I know that things are not left to rot and that our beloved home is in good hands. From a renters perspective this is what you want to hear. Homes in Vegas take a beating from the dry hot weather. When you rent from Reiss the home will always look presentable, fresh and things are fixed quite swiftly. In addition to keeping the house in presentable and working order (pool, landscape ect.) Calia will get involved when you are dealing with a HOA dispute or a issue with a neighbor.
I have used Robinson Property Management for a few years for my property. They immediately were able to screen and find me a good tenant. Their month to month handling of payments and disbursements were always communicated consistently with no problems. They contacted me whenever any issues arrived that needed my attention. Overall, I found the whole process very professional. My house was kept up very well and returned to me in the condition they received it. The team of Tammy and Stacy always got back to me in a reasonable time frame. They are great to work with and there knowledge of the current real estate and rental market always helped me make good decisions to keep my property rented. I will continue to use them in the future as I have no doubt that my interests are protected and are in good hands. I'd like to thank Michael and his team for a job "WELL DONE!!!"
Superior Service, Excellent Company is the only way to describe to Global Housing Management. We have been using them for over 2 years. When GHM Travel makes reservations for our company they only take a 1 night room and tax to hold the rooms. They have never charged us in full. In fact they they're the only company that actually gives us confirmation numbers. We have always had our rooms when we arrived at the hotels. GHM Travel's customer service department is by far the best in the industry. Our emails are always responded to; our calls to the company have always been taken by the correct person. If we have to make changes, these changes are confirmed via email and we receive our new Itinerary with the correct changes. I strongly recommend GHMTravel to anyone looking for a travel agency that cares about their clients.
EXCELLENT SERVICE, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Global Housing Management has been involved in the last 8 reservations we have made. Every time they have been extremely courteous, even though I know we make a lot of changes. Our company sends basically the same representatives to each convention and YES, sometime we do need to make that last minute change. GHM Travel has told us that they would try their best to make these changes, but sometimes it??s either too close to check in, or they??re no rooms available. Global Housing Management has gone above and beyond to get me the necessary rooms. They have a great customer service department that works extremely hard to get the job done. I have recommended them to our other Vendors and have heard only great news back. GHM Travel again is an EXCELLENT company.
Interesting. We have had nothing but great things to say about GUEL & Associates. Their business process seems to open new doors for business owners and operators. Our experience with them has helped increase business and reach the public in some very creative ways. As a business owner myself and a wedding coordinator. I certainly understand you can not win them all, but when a bride chooses to do it herself even after presented a real coordinator the experience in the previous review is typical. I know the GUEL & Associates operation and they have always placed the right players to maximize their clients experience. I highly recommend GUEL & Associates to Business Owners.
Triumph Property Management offers the best service and support and I have confidence that my rental properties are being managed efficiently by this company. Any time I call in with a question regarding one or more of my rental properties Sonia or Edson are always available and I know that I can get quick answers rather than having to wait for hours for someone to get back to me. In the past I had a problem with maintenance and rent collection but thankfully Triumph has made those aspects of owning rental property easy for me.
