Once when I had to be towed to him from an accident, was told by the experienced towing pro that there were only three places in Vegas they recommended to people for good honest repair, and Bob was one of them. Well when it comes to doing something that needs tools that I do not have. I want to take the job to somebody they can do it as good as I would or even better. But I do not want to spend an arm and a leg and have some dealership mechanics taking my car out for a joyride. That's why when it came to rebuilding my engine for my record I went to Wally’s. They definitely had the tools experience and knowledge to do the job correctly with all manufactures parts. And treat my car with the at most care that I would do myself. This is not the first vehicle I've brought to them it started in the late 80s with my 1970 Honda Civic CVCC. Would stay replace the bottom end of the engine. And my 1980 Honda accord hatchback with all the major service. If God for bid I was to get a Toyota, I would certainly feel safe bringing it over to Precision performance just because if there was any problems the guys from Wally's would be willing to step in and help.

These people should never be allowed to touch a vehicle to repair it. I blew my engine coming into Nevada from California on a trip there from Texas. I had my vehicle towed to Findlay Chevrolet. My engine was still under warranty and the service tech Carlos Aquino told me it would be fixed in seven-nine days. I rented a hotel at the rio and waited. While waiting I received a call stating my rotors were cracked and needed replacing. I explained that that would be impossible as I personally purchased and installed them within the last month. He sheepishly said oh, well thats just what Greg (their star mechanic) had said. I asked for pictures and only received pictures of the tires. I asked why and they said they didnt have a special key to get the lug nuts off. I asked how in the heck could they determine bad rotors with the tires on and estimate a $600 charge. Dunno he says. I am nervous now. When the 9 day eaiting period comes and I enquire about my vehicle they state it will be another week or two at the longest. I am out of money so I go back to california to live in my daughters travel trailer like a hobo for the next 3 weeks which is how long it took me to get the call to come pick up my vehicle. I make the 5hr drive to go pick up my vehicle glad the nightmare is over. When I arrive I am rushed by Carlos to sign papers. I refuse until I drive it. We get in the suburban and I put it in reverse to back up. Nothing. I put it back and forth into park and reverse and it finally engages. Carlos is in passenger seat and says "it never did that before". I say no. We drive away and within the first block I notice the engine is very sluggish and it sounds very rough. We drive right back and I tell them to fix it. I go back with my kids, daughter and grandchildren (one of which was a newborn) to the waiting area and waited. The mechanic tells me it is the a/c compressor (which had never been a problem before). I tell him - impossible, check again. Post continued......

Because of their good reviews online I chose Don Di auto, got up at the crack of dawn, and had my car in by 8am. They quoted me a good price for a minor tune up and an oil change (under $200), and I waited no longer than 2 hours.While in the waiting area I met a really nice lady who said she had been bringing her cars into Don Di for the last 10 years and that they had always been upfront and honest with her. She found them after another shady repair shop had quoted her hundreds of dollars for a repair that was totally unnecessary, and that in the last 10 years Don Di has been her go-to auto repair place for minor and major needs.Save yourself a head ache and go here if your car is no longer under manufacturer's warrantee and you have to pay out of pocket for repairs.

This business should be put out of business. I brought my truck in to have the transmission rebuilt. after more than 4 months and 6 attempts to fix it right, they could not get it to shift right and the transmission failed in the mountains after only 4 weeks stranding my mother, my sister and I, in the middle of the road costing me over $3000. Check your paperwork, they cover themselves by being extremely vague. on my work order they simply wrote (install transmission). I paid them to rebuild it, and their warranty is only valid if they fix it in house but they are too incompetent to fix things right. Also Paul will not give you his email address because he doesn't want a paper trail of his lies. Now that my truck is stranded 400 miles from home. D.I auto simply offered me my money back for the rebuild that was not a rebuild but a salvage yard transmission. pictures tell a thousand words
