Sat all day waiting for a pretty pricey repair, saw other cars pulling up after me but pulling in before me. After hours of waiting I was asked to return the next day and they would not honor the first price I was quoted and wanted to charge me more because they seen I had cash. I didn't return and would never return, terrible customer interaction and inflation on prices is enough aside from the unnecessary long wait.

I visited Smog King when I came to Las Vegas for 3 months to buy a car. This business is run by a shady owner who gives US citizens a bad name. I showed interest in a car but whoever had parked had dented the front fender. The ower took it away saying he would get it repaired. He returned 20 minutes later with the broken dent just pushed out which I believe he did himself. I was not happy with the repair, his attitude the terms on the contract and finally he said it was law I should pay for the repair charging me $65 on threat of calling the police..I am from UK and did not know the law so paid but when I checked he had lied again. Anyone thinking of using this company should give it a wide berth.
I received assistance from a guy named Ed and he was extremely helpful during my stressful experience with my car. What I love most is he and everyone at the shop is there to help, and not BS around the problem. Their a fine group of men and honest (which is hard to find in today's auto-mechanics). The only regret I have of this place is not knowing of them sooner, it would've saved so much trouble from previous mechanics I endured. I HIGHLY recommend that you go to them, because just like me, you'll become a loyal customer in no time !
James is an owner operator & smogged for us after hours. His rates seemed very low and he is a very pleasant person. Glad we found him! We'll be back next year. Thanks James!
