I was referred to K&B Communications from another technology company and was very pleased with the service they gave me. Our company needed some cabling diagnostics done and they came through. Kevin and his team were professional, knowledgeable about the problem and very reasonably priced. He showed me the work that they had done and explained their process.I would recommend K&B Communications to other businesses that are looking for telephone and data cable service.
To find a business that will take a completely negative situation and find the truth no matter how hard it is hidden and do the right things is rare in today's world. Thank you for doing what was needed.

This is by far the worst phone fix company. Originally trying to charge me over 100 dollars to fix a broken iphone 6s and then dropped it down to 80 got my phone fixed literally less than 24 hrs the phone breaks. I havent done anything physically wrong to this phone for it to break my screen wasnt even placed right i had to push it down myself , they make you pay high rates for cheap glass. I dont not wright reviews at all but Im letting EVERYONE know this company cheats you out your money DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE FIXED HERE ITS A WASTE OF TIME. and they try to charge me 40 dollars one simple crack . That dont you think was technically their fault ? I repeat do not go here. They warranty suck and so does there work !
Great location, everything is brand new and the seating is set up so there really aren't any bad seats.
I came in to this store believeing that it would be better than my previous carrier. IS WAS NOT!! I bought a galexy s7 edge and notice that I could not use my data while in a call, I was never inform of this when I bought this device. After three days I decided to return the device and get my money back. That was when my whole nightmare started. I had to pay to return my phone (fees) really? I was told I would receive my money in the form of a check in the mail within 6 weeks. After 4-5 weeks I called just to make sure they had the correct address and they supposably did. I waited another 3 weeks and still no check in my mail box. I called customer service to see what was going on. They said I needed to wait a bit longer. So I did. After 2 months NOTHING. I called customer service once AGAIN they transfer me to all thier departments with no solution. I decided to come in to this store as my last hope of getting this figured out and talked to the manager (nick). He seemed to understand my frustration and tried to help me out. After long explanations I was told that everything was gonna be fixed and I that I could leave and expect a call within 24hours to update me with my case. I had to come in once again into the store after two days waiting for a call that never happened. No one should go through this frustration to get thier own money back. I've never thought I would ever had to go through this with SPRINT. Worst service ever. Today (12-30-2016) I was filed an OASIS report to finally get my money back within 3 business days. I hope I don't have to wait any longer again because I will be very disappointed with SPRINT. Fri, December 30
I work for the DOD and these crooks and liars took my new 1 plus 1 phone I got from china and replaced with and old one and didn't think I wouldn't know the difference. I have file complaints with the NV police, FBI and FTC is aware of this matter and will be looking at these companies.I was looking to move from AT &T to metro pcs to have unlimited text, data and talk. So I went to Unlimited Wireless Corps Metro pcs/T-Mobile at Maryland pkwy & Sahara Las Vegas nv.89169 PH-702-650-2400 the sale reps name is Account# 31648 /Emp id-Jorge and a Sam at wireless toys BEWARE THEY ARE THIEF'S!!!! 3480 Spring Mountain Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89102 Cross Streets: Between Polaris. I didn't know this at the time the phone was activated because he stated to me that the phone didn't see their network that was a lie. Because the phone number had changed from the AT&T number to the Metro Pcs/ T-Mobile number (or a number he put in the phone) but I told him I want to keep my old number. He stated he didn't know why the number changed after he enter my information he would need to reboot the phone and that should change the number back. But he kept telling me the phone couldn't connect to T-Mobile network. He would have to call Sam and sent me to Sam at wireless toys to troubleshoot the phone after this I would never see my phone again. PEOPLE BEAWRE!!!! Not sure if T-Mobile is aware of how their name is getting dragged through the mud.... THIEF'S!!!! YES THIEF'S!!!! AND I'M GONNA TELL ANY AND EVERYONE ABOUT THESES GUYS AND THESE COMPANIES. EVERY FACEBOOK, TWITTER, ANYWHERE I CAN POST THIS STORY. This is to just let people beware of these places they are scam artist and are stealing phones/personal data and identities. I would not have put this in on the bbb website. But to do this just to get a phone. I DONT GET IT. And this just happen. I will get another phone that's not the problem. But I will not!!! Repeat will not!!! Be going to metro pc or T-Mobile ever!!! And I will tell all my friends and family and at the DOD co-workers about this experience that has left a bad taste in my mouth.
Had a great experience! The guy did a great job (I was too excited about my iPhone screen being fixed, that I didn't catch the guys name) he was efficient and very knowledgeable.

A+++, this guys are great. Brought my broken iPhone 6plus for repair. after i tried to fix it in another store and they couldn't fix it claiming my phone has to many dents and that the broken glass cannot be replaced on it as it will not sit correctly on the frame. i took it to smart fix for a second opinion and the store manager Essi checked the phone and said he can do it and i need to leave the phone for about 2 hours with him. i was sceptical but didn't had anything to loose so i gave him the green light. came back after 2 hours and the shattered glass was replaced and i could use the phone again, altho i realize that the dents on the phone not gonna go way but still the job was done very professional and i can use my phone again until i upgrade it in September, it was very quickly and the price was very competitive compering to other stores in the area. i will use them again if needed.
