In response to the bashing below... I'm the hairstylist who had to take over this client's service from a co-worker because this woman had her so confused and conflicted as to what she really wanted that she asked for my help... And I never told this lady that her hair was cut all to hell, only that adjustments needed to be made in order to give her what she wanted. I can also assure you that Evolve Salon did everything possible to make this client happy... In the end, she indeed assured me that she liked her hair before paying and tipping after her visit. One hour later her aunt called the salon from CA., ranting very belligerently that she was going to sue the sh** out of us and was rude beyond belief to the owner who was trying to help resolve the issue. This all boils down to MONEY MONEY MONEY, as this woman obviously feels that we should have given her FREE services not once but twice! Ask yourself this; If she were so unhappy with our salon and the professionals who work there why would she have returned? Trust me, this lady is a complete nut-case who quite obviously feels that it's now her mission to bash and trash our fine salon and the reputations of our highly trained stylists all over the web. I would have told her aunt to screw off too, if in fact that was ever said, which I highly doubt! Her entire review of Evolve Salon is completely without merit and I wanted the public to know, as I can again assure you that we here at Evolve Salon are highly trained salon professionals committed to excellence and client satisfaction. We are not however mental health professionals or a psychiatric office! I can only hope that this woman keeps her word and that we NEVER see her in our salon again! And if you are a salon owner or stylist, all I can say is that I hope you're not this woman's next stop! And to top it all off, this lady is a second grade teacher? To make a long story short I thought I would look much better as a brunette instead of my existing blonde color so I went to a hair stylist whom I will not mention here and made the change to a mid level brunette color. Well I did look different and I thought the new color would grow on me. I got home and my husband Tom was very upset and said he loved my hair all these years. He had never commented on my hair ever. Go fiqure Men! I looked in the mirror and looked at a recent photo and he was right my old color looked much better on me. I don't know much but my friends sister went through this process and it was difficult to return to her original color. My sister told me I should find someone that does these color corrections all the time. I agreed and starting hunting on the net for a stylist and customers that had gone through this process. I finally found Jade. I brought a recent photo of me and had a consultation with her and was impressed by her honesty and knowledge about color. She said it usually takes two apointments about a month apart form each other to get it right. She even said to me that some people's hair can never get back to the same original color. I felt comfortable with Jade and made the appointment. It took three and a half hours and about 80% the way through the process Jade smiled at me and she said that the color would be spot on. I don't know how she knew because my hair was still wet and full of color. Well she was exactingly right. After washing my hair and blowing it out I was in tears with happiness with the results. I looked in the mirror and at my photo and was amazed. I was so happy and Tom was thrilled and said please do't do that again. I took my daughter to Ancient Spa and Boutique because we saw the add on groupon and decided to purchase two rock star manicures. Carla did mine and I just absolutely loved it. she took her time on me and it just looked and felt wonderful. She was a very pleasant and sweet person My daughter had I believe her name was Shawn or Shawny and she did such a horrible job on them. It looked as if everything was just slapped on, like no time was even put into it. My daughter was done about 20 minutes before I even was and it sure showed by the horrible job that was done on her. my daughter was so upset that she was in tears.I had told Shawny that she needed to fix my daughters nails and supposedly she had asked the owner who said she could file the nails down, but would charge me for the work to be done again. Excuse me, but if you screw up, why should I have to repay to get it done? to sum it all up, I work all the time and this was one of the very few days my daughter and I get some alone time together and Shawny ruined it for my daughter. The only reason I am giving this place 3 stars instead of two or one is because Carla did such a fantastic job on me and she tried her hardest to to apologize and make it up to me. If I do come back to this place, I will not be bringing my daughter and it will only be to see Carla again and have my work done by just her. A little advice to the owner: If you screw up, then you are suppose to fix it without trying to make me pay more for fixing it and don't hire people right out of beauty school because the job done on my daughter looked as if it was by someone fresh out of beauty school. I don't know how any of the other employees are, but I suggest if anyone goes here to ask ONLY for Carla because I know from personal experience she knows what she is doing.
I have lived in Terra Cotta for a long time. I can assess Terra Cotta is really close to banking, dining, shopping, and off course the strip, plus right on public transportation for those who may needed. One of the features I am most impressed, is that I love the floor plan, with a spacious, ample kitchen "nook" with very comfortable and plentiful covers. The moving paperwork process is extremely easy to fulfill with reasonable qualifying terms, and when you have time constrains due to a move that can be a blessing, specially when you feel no pressure due to a very low, or virtually no deposit to move in. The A/C. system is second to none, blowing cool almost immediately, with available maintenance even at odd night hours. I enjoy my stay here, because is out of the way of the main traffic flow of near by busy roads, yet, close enough to most key locations. My apartment related issues were always promptly resolved by the manager. She is always eager to greet and solve the residents issues personally on any given concern the residents may have. Also the manager is always easily reachable either at the managers office or via cell phone even after hours. So manager's help is always one phone call away and willing to meet with a smile no matter how heavy her load work is. It is a nice, comfortable apartment complex with a great location, and easy affordability, near the heart of the strip, making access to the community an easy step from almost any side of town with a relaxing atmosphere. I can attest to this with assurance that it is great comfortable environment to live on.
I moved in last year, and this place is great! I have a large dog. So when I moved to Las Vegas, I found out very quickly how hard it was going to be, to find not only a home for myself, but also a place that would allow me to have my dog. And after a few day of searching, I started to get truly frightened that I wasn't going to find a place for the both of us! I work at the Wynn, and another employee told me, she had the same problem when she was looking for a place. Check out - "Hampton Garden -They Love Large Dog's - She said! So I did. And to my amazment! Not only do they LOVE large dog's! They also really like Wynn employee's too. When I rented, they waived my application fee and my security deposit, because I work at the Wynn! That really help with my move in cost's. Once I moved into my apartment. I quickly found out how great this place is! The place is so clean, for having large dog's living here. My old apartment community never looked as good as this place! And I was paying way more rent, then I am now! The staff is so friendly ("You have to meet Daniel!"). They always have a smile and big hello for me. Everytime I go by the office to get my mail. It's really nice to feel welcome. The maintenance guy's are so good! Their very good at what they do and I have never had to wait more then a day to get a work order done! They change my light bulbs, when they go out. Or change my air filter, when ever I ask. The same day service, from them is such a blessing. I just wanted you to know, how happy me and my dog are, living at Hampton Garden!
solo quisiera hacerle saber a K CHAVEZ..ke es encontra de la ley meter bebidas alcoholicas a un salon de fiestas,,y peor aun sacarlas del salon al terminar el evento.,,ahora respecto ala comida ,,no es culpa del propietario del salon ,,que haya pagado 250 platillos y si solo tubo 150 personas en su evento.,,la comida que sobra ,,esa uno se la puede yevar al terminar el evento,,lo unico es que tienen que yevar trastes para echarla..si no yeva los trastes,puede salir a compar por eso el cosinero le avisa con tiempo ala anfritiona de la fiesta cuanta comida sobro para que se prepare y mande a traer los trastes de aluminio desechables...siempre hay una explicacion para cada cosa..K CHAVEZ...RENTO 3 TUXIDOS en la butique EL PEDREGAL ,y nunca los regreso es por eso que la empresa ,la tubo que llevar a corte.,,y ,porsupuesto eso no le agrado nadita,,y esta despotricando encontra del salon..TODA esa informacion la se porque cuando yo leii el comentario tan negativo encontra del salon me fui averiguar que habia pasado en realidad,,ya que yo habia contratado los servicios del pedregal,,y la verdad si me asuste,,pero al yegar ahii...la manager me enseÑo el contrato que K CHAVEZ habia echo tiempo atras..y en le contrato CLARITO dice que las bebidas alcoholicas no se pueden sacar del salon...y me enseÑo,,los papeles de la demanda, que les puso la empresa por NO DEVOLVER LOS TRAJES..pero si alguien duda,,los invito para que vayan al PEDREGAL y ahi les mostraran las pruebas de lo que paso realmente..
I now know that a great stylist can definitely have a big impact in how you look and feel about yourself. After a bad breakup with my ex-boyfriend I just wanted a totally different appearance. Kind of a fresh start. I wanted to find a very creative hair stylist to fashion a new image for me. I searched the internet, read a lot of reviews and looked at different stylist’s websites and I decided to call Jade. On the phone I must have driven her crazy with all my questions about her skills and creativity she had. She was very patient and seemed quite confident she could help me toward my goal. So I made the appointment for the following week. Jade already knew that I didn’t know what I wanted She just sat me in her chair looking at me for about a minute and then in an instant she smiled and said, I have a concept for you. She showed me pictures with a two new different styles that also had different highlighting options. I was blown away by her selections. Jade nailed it. The styles were right for my facial shape and the color and highlights were a great accent to my skin shade. I made my choices from the pictures. In a little under two hours my hair looked awesome and I felt beautiful. Jade did a terrific job and within four days a great looking guy at my work asked me out. The right hairstylist can and did make a big difference. Jade thanks for your help and I will see you soon.
To The Academy of Leasing Specialist I got many things to be grateful for in what has happen in my life. But as for now I am grateful that this man name Ross Fried has crossed my path. Graduated from Medical School excited of my new begining, it turns out that new medical assistants have hard time getting hired. Waiting to be called and no work and bills piling up, the Lord open another door for me. A Leasing Agent Specialist position!!! Wow excited and trilled, I love working with people. I believe strongly in my heart that Mr. Fried is moving out of his God given gift, passing on his skills and wisdom to others. The calling of a business man given the gift of gap and organizational skill. A director, orchestrating multiple of people to come together to complete their duties required of them. Bringing back to life or ressurecting businesses that are dieing or just need a hand up. A mind full of fresh creativity to win people over for the business. I have gain wisdom and gotten inspired by the Academy of Leasing Specialist my new family and fellow co - workers.Being in the middle of all that they offer is a great blessing and great income helping me stay above and beyond what I ever dreamed of. When I just turned 30 years old (over a year ago now) I visited Summer with Five Years Younger.. What a positive difference she made in how my skin looks, feels and behaves... I had lived in Vegas for 3 years and had bopped around from one lame, overpriced salon to another. As many other commentators already mentioned, I didn't want wine, fluff or to wait for weeks to finally get an appointment only to have the person not listen to me at all. I just wanted a haircut! I found Curl Up & Dye on the internet and was immediately attracted by the photos of work on their website (I didn't want anything quite that extreme...but it's good to know the stylists are that talented!). I was not let down. I left there with my hair looking identical to the picture I brought in! I've now been going there almost a year. They are friendly, professional and very, very talented! They are good at letting you "squeeze" in (I don't know how many times I've asked, "Can I have an appointment today?" and had it happen, rather than the places that want you to wait 6 months just to get in the door. ). Another thing I love, is that they actually do a style you can maintain!!! Anyone else ever have your hair look great in the salon, but crap the next day? Curl Up & Dye doesn't do that to you! There prices are also AMAZING considering what some of the others charge in Vegas. Within in the year I've had everything from long hair to a pixie cut and never paid more than $40. Love this place!
