Well first off this really has nothing to do with the front of the house staff Gladys and Sissy. They were super nice to me. My issue is the "Unprofessional" "underwriter" at "corporate" a rude B sitting at a desk making 6 dollars an hour having no idea what any class or professionalism is. Not only am I shocked that the owner Chuck has such nasty rude unprofessional idiots like her working for him. I can only imagine the amount of money she costs him daily ...weekly ...yearly. If that were my employee I would fire her, I heard the down right NASTY things she was saying to Gladys on the phone about me (she does not even know me) and I know the ring on my finger cost more then she makes in 2 years...that is just my left hand BTW. The only words of advice I have for anyone who wants to "Don't Be Broke" ....."Don't Be" hasty when going to a loan center. "Don't Be" spoken about like trash. "Don't Be" so desperate that you will waste so much time in your day dealing with such unprofessional-ism. "Don't Be" so quick to believe everything you hear. "Don't Be" willing to pay stupid interest when it is a highly competitive market. "Don't Be" shocked if you go into DLC (any of their locations) and hear the "underwriter" speak so NASTY about you, so LOUDLY over the phone. "Don't Be" shocked if you go to work for DLC and hear the same nastiness I heard. "Don't Be" shocked when you do take a loan and get treated POORLY (I saw how another lady paying was treated...and had to waste another hour her day to PAY DLC for her sister). I must say this is the most disappointing review I have ever written. I really thought Chuck had better employees. Very disappointed .

Absolutely terrible service all around! Forget about ever getting in contact with who you need because they will constantly hang up on you, send you to a voicemail or claim they'll call back and never do. Customer service reps that I came in contact with ALL had an attitude. How they still have jobs when they claim to record the calls is beyond me. Horrible staff, horrible service, would never recommend to anyone.

I have to say I went into the rapid cash at a different location ( ON CHEYENNE) , made a complaint about it to corporate and never thought about going back into rapid cash even if it was a different location. This location called me to follow up with me , and I decided to give them a try. Im glad I did. The girl who helped me ( I think she said she was the assistant manager / or manager ) with brown hair was EXCEPTIONAL. She was professional, worked with me, and did her best to update me on the process of my approval. This location is lucky to have her as an employee, as she really made up for the horrible experience I had previously with this company. Thank u so much for taking the time to treat your customers like gold and for doing your best to help. I would recommend this specific rapid cash location!!!!

The people at this store is very disrespectful that ask for information that you give them to ask for extra information about you so they could discredits you so instead I'm going to describe them the lady asked me for information about might lose a cell phones that I had just got and I showed her the email so she gets upset and says what you can take your business somewhere else and there are very unprofessional people that work there.��������������������������������������������

The absolute worst!! This company is a scam!! You get hung up on constantly. Placed on a "brief" eternal hold. Scam!!!!

I have been going to this particular pawn shop because its near my home.However after going there every two weeks for 3 months I found myself feeling disrespected as well as ignored. On 9/17/15 I went there with the same TV however I had lost my ID so I gave the guy who I've never seen before my papers from theDMV he refused to even look at it. So the only other person there who is the orange haired girl I asked her if she could help he rudely told me she would say the same and She totally ignored my even asking her for help. She never opened her mouth. Very Poor Customer service.
