Never on time and on the end they damage my appliances in the kitchen, never agein and never resolve problem they make. Very arrogant on the phone dont do any repair with them or you well have to repair a lot more before they start they make in for them self extra work and you spend more $ on the end.

they installed a icemaker for us. afterwards it did not work as ice froze up in solid block. I called and they said "no problem" and came back out and fixed it. I will call them again if I ever need appliance repair.I recommend them.
The worst service, since 01/13/2017 they haven't fixed my refrigerator, they are not even capable to give a diagnosis to AHS they just said that I have to wait and wait. AHS can not send me another company because they have to wait on their diagnosis, it's rediculous!!!
My warranty company sent Fidelity Appliances Service Team to us to fix our washer. Initially the tech fixed the original problem and it took couple week because he didn't have the part. After he fixed the problem on his second visit, in less than a week the machine started making very loud sound. We asked them to come back and check but it took two weeks. And during the third service the tech kept saying there was no problem so nothing we can do. The machine kept getting louder and louder. And we had the warranty company sent another company to to check out the problem and the tech found out that the tech left a big rag underneath the washer and caused to overheat and melt the one of the rings and caused the washer off balance when spin and that's the loud sound came from. We contacted Fidelity and they refused to take responsibility on their tech's oversight. Fidelity mistake would coast us about $500 bucks.Save yourself time, money, and headache and stay away from this company.
Very friendly and they don't try to rip you off. They were also able to come out on the same day I called and they fixed my drier promptly.

I live in Chicago, Illinois. I called Out Of The Box, located in Las Vegas, and they got me a repair tech to fix my treadmill. The was very knowledgeable and went over the issues of the unit so i was aware of what was being done. I will call them if i ever have any issues again. They were great, fast, polite and reasonably priced.
I am very disappointed with this company! I asked to have my ice maker fixed as it wasn't working properly. After coming to the house he charged us 500.00 on a new maker that we didn't need. He even admitted that he didn't diagnose the problem first! After three calls back and two more visits he still did not fix the problem. On top of that every time I called him on a weekend he said he would come by Monday. The first two times he had to come back I had to call during the week because he kept forgetting to come by on Monday...I am still waiting a month later for him to come by on Monday...He must of forgotten again...(3rd time)...still waiting...
