I made a phone call to this operation and got a call center. I wasn't sure if they had outsourced it or not but they were friendly to start. Then they asked for $25 bucks for a service call visit. Most companies don't charge for a service call. The lady assured me that I'd have a $50 credit on any work done if they did the work. I asked them for an hourly rate and they said they didn't have one.So then i was put on hold and the owner Dan Taylor got on the call. He was rude, brash, and defensive. He argued that no person in this business would ever ask for an hourly rate. i mentioned most folks don't charge for a service call. I asked him for some info on some of his flat rates and if they were published. He would not disclose the list but we went through some examplesWe scheduled an appointment and 30 minutes later, his team called to cancel the order. He said he had the right to refuse service to anyone. He does have that right but I've sill been pre-authorized for $25.This company is rude, the previous reviews follow a similar pattern of bad service, arrogant attitude by an owner, despite friendly and nice front office phone people. Buyer beware! Keep them away from your house. I've heard rumors that they will also come by if you don't choose them to rough up your units. I had a leak in the main line from the street to my house, I got 5 estimates. Priority charged me for the estimate, nobody else did. They gave the highest priced estimate and used what I consider scare tactics to try and make me agree to their service. All they did was tick me off and decide never to use them.

I do not want to write down all kinds of nice words. all I want to tell you is Priotity Services plumbing technician fixed my toilet drain problem with $150, which DMS Plumber could not fix/try and still charged me $400. the technicain explained to me what might be happened in near future. he was courteous, professional, efficient. and understood how much I was upset with other plumber.So, I signed for 2 year contract with the Priority Services for membership agreement for peace of mind. technican did great job and I highly recomended to call them first If you have any problem in the house. thank you, Priority Services

The best thing we've done in years was call Priority Services of Las Vegas. As Seniors, our welfare depended on a speedy A/C recovery and financial assistance. What we got superseded those expectations with professional young techs, a caring and experienced Priority Rep, and office staff that are easy to talk to and follow up on every issue. Priotity Services is a first rate company. The technicians are courteous, professional, and efficient. We have used Priority for heating/air conditioning as well as plumbing and have not found any reason to be dissatisfied. We recommend them to anyone looking for the services they provide.
