Hi I visited my daughter and her family over the Thanksgiving Holiday and we shopped at your store. I was very happy with the wonderful selection. Everything was displayed nicely and neat. I love hobby lobby it has everything you can imagine and at nice prices. It is fun justto go there and the stuff I've gotten is so super. I tell everyone I know to go to Hobby Lobby and now they have FREE-FREE crochet/knit classes for beginners. Terrific
This hobby shop has the worst customer service and repair service is beyond terrible! I brought my RC car in to be fixed on a Wednesday, by Friday they had not even attempted to order the parts like they said they would. When I spoke with them on the phone they said I had to get the parts. So I did, I brought it to them. An hour later they called and said it wouldn't work with that part. Then an hour after that they called back and said they got it! It was ready to be picked up. I go in to get it, they tell me my bill is $48 for the labor. Then I noticed the exhaust was missing and other parts were not hooked back up! They quickly fixed all that and sent me on my way. I get home, and then noticed they gave me back the wrong controller! So now I had to haul ass back down there before they closed to get the right one. Funny thing is they said that happens all the time! Yet they don't think they need a better system then??? This place is ridiculous!

I live in Las Vegas and have been flying RC for about 6 years now. I had always taken my business to a couple of local hobby shops and made some purchases online when I could not find things locally. The primary shop I went to was locally owned and operated, and it was not a chain or corporate store but it got sold last year because the owner wanted to retire after 17 years. I gave most all of my business to them over the years and was sad to see the change in ownership because now their customer service is nonexistent.As we all know RC products can be purchased just about anywhere online and some things locally. The difference we want is customer service and that one on one interaction with someone that is just as passionate about the hobby as we are.I was beginning to think Las Vegas had lost that type of hobby store until I stumbled onto Friendly Hobbies… I called the store and was promptly greeted by Tyler; he was very helpful and polite. He handed me over to Steve and I could tell immediately that he had a passion for the hobby just like me! He was very helpful and I could tell he truly wanted to help me with whatever I needed. I did not get the feeling that I was bothering him like I get at some of the other hobby shops in town. When I made it into the store I found that not only was Tyler very polite in person as well, but Steve and his brother Bryan were a couple of very nice guys. The store seemed a bit small in size compared to others and had limited product offerings but they made up for that with an excitement for introducing a new customer to their store and products. In the last few months their inventory has increased dramatically and they are constantly looking into what customers want and need so that they can begin to stock those items as well. New and exciting things are on the shelf every single day!They also listen to customers input regarding products and services that are needed in the community and look at what they can do to possibly fulfill those needs. Whenever I call the store everyone shows a true passion and concern in assisting me with what I am looking for. If I am looking for something they do not have in stock they order it for me and have it in a matter of a few days and a lot of the time it’s here the very next day!I have made several purchases from Friendly Hobbies now and will continue to take my business to them because of the passion for the hobby and customer service they have. Steve and Bryan have not been in the hobby shop business for long but they started out the right way and that is with “GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE”.Make sure to stop in and see them you will not be disappointed :-) Also be sure to take a spin in their mini hangar while you are there!Don in Vegas

COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!!!! DO NOT BUY HERE!!!! I bought a javelin ak47 battle vet. got home and noticed the stock fold button was missing. went back and owner tried blaming me until my salesman admitted he remembered it not being there. 3 weeks later i get it back. go home, shoot, less than 10 shots and it jams, cant be unjammed, i go back, 1.5 months later i get it back. they say ''use only 25 g balls'' i do. go home. 20 shots. jams again. back to the store, owner wants to charge me to fix it, blames me, i guess im not pulling the trigger properly or some BS. i refuse to pay, cause the gun has only been in my possession a total of 4 days and fired 30 rounds. And the store has a 7 day return policy, they are going to count the time they had it against me. Owner starts accusing me of breaking it the very first day w/ that missing button again, even though the clerks all remember it was missing when i bought it. I will not pay this man to fix it on matter of principal, and manuf. warranty is gone cause they took so long to fix both times. i ask owner to at least print me up something stating how its only been in my hands 4 days in the 3 months since purchased, so i can see if the manufacturer will help. He says he is way to busy to write 20 words on paper for me, then starts cursing at me, being extremely belligerent. These are the most unprofessional people i have ever dealt with. Completely short sighted, didn't care at all that i spend thousands a year on airsoft, but now i will go out of my way and drive to California since that's the only AS store in vegas.
