I had two prescriptions from my doctor filled and to be delivered by them. The first came yesterday and was delivered late morning. The second had a mix-up and was supposed to be delivered this morning. When it wasn't delivered by 11:45AM I called and was told I would called right back after they contacted the delivery person. I called them back about 2 hours later when I still had not heard back from them. I was told it would be delivered 45 minutes or later as I was the last person on the route. I called my doctor and left a message stating that I no longed would allow prescriptions to be filled by All-City.
A place with more than 12 employees in sight and a single client, they made me wait almost 40 minutes to get 2 tubes of creams, meanwhile they playing and wasting time, do not observe any kind of professionalism among them, to top almost I go without one of the creams because after so much wait the employee as she was paying attention to everything but her job gave me a single cream and told me that I could go. Terrible place to go get your meds
WORST WALGREENS EVER! They get prescriptions wrong, give people the wrong prescriptions and they're just plain rude! The store at Flamingo and Maryland is at least competent and I'd go there instead
Horrible takes 30 min plus just to get treated rude and it just gets longer every time I am about to go to new store
if u care @ all abiut ur presciptions,dont bring them here...takes 48 hrs to fill a prescriptions ,there attitude is terrible,store was alittle dirty btw
After bouncing between Walgreen's and CVS, I found this pharmacy on-line. FINALLY, a health-care service organization in Las Vegas that understands service and helping patients!Lauren deserves an award. She jumped between my doctor and insurance company to get my refill for blood pressure medication, when the runaround I was getting was actually driving my blood pressure UP! The delivery was on time, on a very cold night, and the delivery person offered to apply the tip that I tried to give her to my profile, rather than accepting it herself.Refill hairs a new customer for life, and I hope everyone who visits their website makes the change that I did. I called this pharmacy ask for information and the person helping me was very rude and after asking him that I would like to speak to a supervisor her hung up on me. I will never recommend this pharmacy to my patient at all.
The Pharmacy seems to be always running out of medication which is prescribed per Pain Mngmnt Doctor for patient with severe scoliosis ,declining condition,suffering with severe intractable pain. They often change the due date making the patient wait in limbo ,causing increasing uncontrollable pain. The Pharmacists seem very knowledgeable & pretty kind most of the time ,until it comes to fill the script for the pain medication . It's very difficult for the patient to be told to keep coming back on the next day,then the next day & finally tell the patient that they do not have in stock the monthly quantity ,after having the prescription for over a week . Between my husband & me,we have over 20 monthly medications & maybe it's time to transfer business to another store
why r they taking family pharmary away ! and becoming a number with cvs. I am so un happy its not fair ! why do they take something good away always?
