My name is Robert E. Cahoon and I have been under Palliative Care and End of Life Care With Doctor Oruene and Doctor Ezeanolue for over five years since 04-11-13 for the chronic pain disease, severe rheumatoid arthritis. In January of 2018, Doctor Ezeanolue told me that the new Nevada State Bill AB474 required all patient cannot have more than 90mgs of morphine per day. And I believed their big fat lie,and they cut my medication in half after 5 years, all they wanted was my money from medicare and to malpractice medicine intentionally with their big lie. The AB474 Bill states that chronic pain patients must be continued to be given palliative care. I am close to death now, if you value your life don't go to APEX MEDICAL CENTER. MAY GOD BLESS YOU WITH A DOCTOR LIKE HIPPOCRATES THE GREEK, the father of medicine who said "do no harm to your patients". P.S. My both my hands look like claws, I cannot open them up more than 50% of the way, neither can I close them more from 50% open to 25% closed to make a fist. And my feet are grotesquely deformed like club feet, curled hammer toes and bunions and exposed metatarsals, and totally closapsed arches and I can barely walk now and take care of myself because of extreme PAIN.

Very good with advice on progress and any failures. After trying 3 other medical treatment centers I selected Dr. Odell's program. I was very satisfied with the treatment I received at Dr. Odell's office .The staff were very helpful. Thank you Dr. Odell.
Let me start by saying this doctor is a woman. The worst doctor I have ever endured! The one star rating is an over statement! From day one she talked down to me with the worst bedside manner ever. She would get in front of her computer and rattle off something I didn't understand and quickly send me off with a prescription. When it came to MRI's they were always mis-placed and never available when necessary. More than once we did multiple MRI's of the same area because another doctor in her group would reccomend it. Talk about confusion! she would then blame me for these mis-understandings and always talked angrily to me. I hated these appts. and would sit NUMB for hours waiting for my turn. She scared me so much that I could barely utter a word when she talked to me. At the beginning she prescribed every narcotic medication until we found the one that worked. When we did epidural injections, it was like she expected me to do jumping jacks right off the table. The absolute worst was the day I had my teeth pulled for dentures. I also had an appt. with her for a prescription refill. Well she was absent that day and I drove to her office expecting to be seen and the office was closed. With my mouth swollen and bleeding I banged on the glass doors and a blonde woman told me she would re-schedule me for Wednesday; without opening those doors. It was Friday, which meant I had six days to wait for any pain relief. There was no message in my voicemail stating her cancellation. Doctor Basu was mean and just plain awful! And so was her STAFF! I don't recall anyone of them portraying kindness or epathy. Then one day I received a letter stating she was shut down and I needed to find another Pain Management Doctor. My feelings; it couldn't have happened to better person. Then I prayed for her that night!
The Dicter and his staff have upgraded the quality of my life
Kozmary is an Errogent SOB, he discharged me saying my drug test came back bad, I've been seeing him for 6yrs, he prescribed me 30mg oxycodone, 60mg morphine sulfer, 75mg Amitrip
I enjoy coming to the office for my treatments, the staff is friendly as well as the other patients. I have seen results in my every day activities. I will continue treatment until I no longer need them. .
i heard an advertisement on the radio for a free treatment which sounded wonderful. i do suffer from extreme pain in my feet so i was looking for some kind of solution. i made an appointment in March and when i called and said i was referred by wayne (alan root) the receptionist never mentioned any upfront cost at all. they sent me all the paperwork to fill out, it called for very extensive medical history. when i arrived at the office i was told that it would be $200 up front before i could even see a doctor. i was unemployed and was looking for a place to start with the pain in my feet. i was extremely disappointed with the office and the advertisement, i felt that it was nothing but fraud. chris k.
I am disappointed in the way they keep using the word " addiction ". It's not an addiction when your pain management doctor prescribes the medication for you. The correct word would be " dependent ". I did not go out and buy street drugs and become an addict! I may have become dependent on the medicine my doctor prescribed me. Clearly this doctor; no matter how much he listens, doesn't get it.
Came to the office with no feeling in my hands and feet had a few treatments and started to get my feeling back in hands and feet I would reccommed this office to anyone to give it a chance it will help.
Everyone here has always been so kind to me and I have never had an issue with making an appointment. I am grateful to my doctor for recommending this clinic! I am so pleased with my results as well, my neuropathy is so much better!
